Living the moment

I think very few people today have the chance to put their feet up, take a deep breath and enjoy the moment.

For there to be a future, a common past is needed.

I wonder how many of us really know that we have a common past today, believe me.

Most of us are dealing with our daily life and livelihoods. No one thinks too much about the past and the future. Most of us live in the day, the problems of daily life occupy many of us more than enough. The trouble of life is the common problem of everyone, especially these days.

I think very few people today have the chance to put their feet up, take a deep breath and enjoy the moment.

I said luck, but actually I think this is a lifestyle, that is, a perspective on life, a way of life on the other hand.

The moment is a very special concept, neither the past nor the future, that is, neither the lived nor the unknown future. The moment is living. It is the period of time we live in, free from worries, free from doubts. It is known in this sense, so it no longer contains doubt and anxiety.

Many of us do not know how to live in the moment.

I think if we live in the present, if we don't think about our past and our future, if we can't think about it, then we should all learn to live at least in the present.

The moment, the present, is what is around us, nothing more. In fact, if we can get rid of everything in your mind for a moment, we will be able to realize it. If you want to try it for a moment, stop what you are doing and look around, feel your surroundings and notice what is around you. Maybe this life will be better for you too.

•This is the moment when we realize that we sometimes feel that we are having difficulty even breathing when the weather is hot.

•It is the smell of salt water that surrounds our body between the waves.

•It is now that we have to squint in the sun hitting our heads, and we can barely see the bird perched on the olive branch in the distance.

•At the moment we feel the smell of earth on the dusty road of the village where we walk in the heat, where our heads are parched.

• If the weather is cold and it is raining heavily outside, what we feel in our bones right now is the feeling of cold.

•If we are at a spring where we stop on the way, it is the feeling of cooling in the shade of the chestnut tree, it is the pleasure we get from quenching the feeling of thirst when we drink two sips of ice-cold spring water.

These are the things, living in the moment, nothing more. They are not everyday worries. It is not a dream of how much money I will make tomorrow if I do this. Hate is not at all, it should not be. There should be no anger. Above all, no matter how I do it, I wonder what oil I get from any fly, it is not their thoughts at all.

Thought is actually the biggest obstacle to living in the moment. Thought either takes you to the past, sometimes you are stuck in memories, or it makes you afraid of the unknown of the future, prevents you from noticing the moment with doubt and fear arising from the unknown. If you want to live in the moment, you have to get rid of the thoughts.

Of course, what I'm talking about does not mean that you just have to live in the moment, living in the moment, feeling the moment and noticing our surroundings really reminds one that one is living in reality. That's why it's important to live in the moment. That's why I want to say that it is necessary to know how to live in the moment. I'm not saying you just have to live in the moment. I think it will be good for everyone to stop and take a breath from time to time and feel the breath we take.

Thinking is essential for survival. We will think so that we can see ahead, so that we can reach the right decision while taking your steps.

But being in deep thought all the time, that doesn't get us very far. Especially in today's conditions, there is not much time for deep thoughts. Nowadays, it is necessary to be more practical. Everything is so fast, especially if you live in cities.

In fact, nowadays, it is necessary to think about many things at the same time.

I think this is the biggest difference between us and the new generation they call the "Z" generation. While many of you are still thinking about old times, we focus on a single issue. We like to weigh heavily when making a decision. We make difficult decisions, but we usually weigh them thoroughly. How consistent our decisions are, this is a controversial issue, but still, those over a certain age will understand what I mean.

The new generation, on the other hand, can send a message to their friend while talking to you. At least my daughter does that, even though I get angry sometimes, I see that she understood what I was saying. Although this situation may seem like a concentration problem, I think their mindset is a bit beyond our perception. We already call it the new generation, it's obvious from the name, our updated versions in English are definitely better than us.

I don't know which is the right method, that is, to think carefully and take a decision like that, or to reach the truth more quickly by trial and error without wasting time? No matter how much you think, sometimes you can be wrong in the decisions made. We have a good proverb on this subject, you know, no matter how hard you think, @..stop your work.

Therefore, it is sometimes more advantageous to take a position according to the result and try again to reach the right result. But this only applies to subjects where you have the chance to try again and again. Sometimes you only have one shot, you don't get a chance to try again, so you have to think ahead.

In short, we come back to the importance of planning. Sometimes we need to plan our lives well. But I think it is best to take our decisions with a mixed system. Sometimes, depending on the situation and taking the risk of trying again, we should be able to make quick decisions, and sometimes we should decide carefully before doing something.

But it is certain that we must learn to live in the moment if we want to feel that we live with them all.

Love and regards from Moscow
