Justice is the basis of property:

We said that those who are not fair cannot be sincere. So if we ask what is justice; “Justice is the foundation of property”, this saying is written in laws and minds. Without bringing to mind the question of what is the basis of justice, the cliché concept of "justice" is out of place and meaningless.

Justice, in a sense, can literally be said to be "equivalent". It is said that Aristotle was the first to theorize justice. Unless the understanding of justice is attached to a higher value than itself, it is insufficient and it may not be possible to provide justice. After all, at the end of the day, the enforcers of these values ​​are humans.

The Relationship between Virtue and Justice:

Virtue is the supreme value of justice. There are four virtuous virtues that make man human; the first three of them are wisdom, chastity and bravery. The combination of these three virtues is the virtue of justice. Justice, wisdom, chastity and bravery are among our basic values ​​that make life livable. “Justice: truthfulness, honesty; wisdom: wisdom, hitting; Chastity means avoiding bad words and deeds, and bravery means courage and heroism.”

The main lofty purpose of these virtues is to reach the Truth as surrender. Although it envisions justice as legal, it should be based on morality in its essence. It is not possible to provide the legal aspect of justice, which is devoid of moral values. Justice is not one-dimensional, it is a multi-layered concept. For example, some of these layers;

- Human nature is just,
- To be legal,
- Developing a just social moral theory
- For Social Justice, the society should be fair,
- Economic justice,
- Ensuring equal opportunity,

Opposites:

There are also opposites of the virtue and virtuousness mentioned. The opposite of wisdom is ignorance, which is vice. The opposite of valor is cowardice, the opposite of chastity is wickedness, and the opposite of justice is cruelty. In fact, it is the case that every virtue has its eternal opposites. It may be thought that there are many vices that have deviated from the point of sobriety. The Moderate Truth is one, and the non-moderate are innumerable.

It is not possible to have more than one straight line reaching this point from one point to another. This line is the shortest of the lines that can be assumed between two points. But there are countless curved lines connecting those two points.

Moral Theory:

The moral theory, which started with Plato and developed with Aristotle, lived theoretically with Ibni Sina through Farabi until the last times of the Ottoman Empire.

Finding the middle point between bravery and chastity is wisdom and justice provides it. Machiavellianism defines morality that is beneficial to itself, rather than utilitarianism, and states that every way is permissible and that is desired to be attempted on political values; The well-known Marxist understanding sees morality as a complete deception.

In order to understand the current Western understanding, it is necessary to understand the understanding of justice that sentenced Socrates to death, and the perspective of the executioner, who gave him the hemlock poison and ensured his execution. Socrates, Confucius, Buddha and Pythagoras were in the same search for Truth, which is the shortest line between two points.

Is the Strong Right?

With the French Revolution, equality of opportunity was brought to the fore, and justice remained in the background, and the understanding of the strong is right with its own secular understanding has positioned itself.

The injustices and hypocrisies experienced in the Ukrainian theater at the moment are the result of legitimizing power-based oppression in Western philosophy. Justice provides the legitimacy of the state, and the state maintains justice with force. Money is used as a tool to maintain power.

Build a House Wherever You Go:

We have to work with a lot of people who still don't understand the concept of "Build a house wherever you go". The well-known anecdote is described as follows;

In the old days, a man used to say to his son, whom he understood his selfishness and disloyalty, to have a house wherever you go. Come and go, this man's son has come to high positions.  Without understanding the well-meaning advice given to him by his father, he wanted to show his father the opportunities he had earned in order to brag.

He took his father to different cities. Everywhere he went, he kept showing houses and saying look, this is my house. The father, who was in a sad state, said "good bye, use it". The son, who was doomed to greed, told his father, "You always told me, you should have a house wherever you go". You see, I have houses everywhere. You didn't believe me, but look, I've been a man and I've made it!

Friendship Is Not So Cheap:

Dad shrugged and said, "When I say build a house wherever you go, I said make friends". It seems that you have dozens of houses, but unfortunately I could not see a single friend in the places you showed me. “Friendship is not cheap enough to be bought with money.”

I have never been in conflict with my personal expectations or inadequacy in the companies I have worked for. I haven't had any problems with being able to do my job. I have observed that whatever happened to many people who rebelled against injustice, it was because they rebelled against injustice. It has always been a problem for those who do not condone the injustices done to others and do not condone them, or do not flatter those who are arrogant and arrogant. Being honest, well-intentioned, fair, hardworking and having crazy courage has its consequences in today's society. The right thing is to never regret being virtuous, because somehow the right finds its way.

Upholding Employee Rights:

It is our duty to respect the rights of our employees without being asked; the desired right ceases to be a right. It's something like scrutiny. Sincerity and goodwill are essential. Without these, one can only go so far with lies or the influence of power. When applying an open door policy, it is necessary to adjust the distance well. Personal relationships become damaging. It is essential to be in a social and fair balance. It is essential to evaluate the picture in its entirety.

We started the most comprehensive project in the history of the company at one of the large companies I was in. The subject of the project was the design and implementation of the IT infrastructure. With a very intense work pace, things were going as planned. Motivational activities and motivational rewards were given from time to time. I was the manager responsible for the trainings. One day I got an e-mail. One person was sent to Europe for a week as a training award in the email. Naturally, it was a question of someone who wanted to understand the criteria by which this was done in order to become a training officer.

Balance and Fairness Among Employees:

To be frank, I was also informed of this award with this e-mail. I knew it was a trip, but I didn't know that the reason was because of success in the field of education. In order to understand, I asked this matter to my supervisor, the GM, in a timely manner.

I opened the topic because we made an award for educational purposes,
Yes, it was for motivation for the success achieved in the project trainings, said GM.
If the subject is education, I had no idea,
Other employees have questions about this.
I was in a difficult situation
If we ask the truth of the matter, there were those who deserved more than the person who was rewarded.
I stated that there is a situation like eye protrusion when making eyebrows,
It wasn't nice for the GM to take the stance of negligence and I did it.

Frankly, craziness was really given a premium here. It was not easy to accept this.

Is Unquestioning Obedience to Superiors Always Right?

Again, in a meeting environment, the recognition of the success achieved as a result of teamwork was intended to be presented to only one person. I tried to express that this is not true by telling other examples from the past. GM took a stand that meant he perceived my attitude to be personal. There was a tense atmosphere at the meeting. GM was in the mood for the unconditional implementation of every decision taken. Obviously, with such applications, the doors that would give a premium to craziness were opened. Even today, I don't think GM was very malicious, but he didn't care about inconsistent decisions due to workload. This could cause unrest among the team.

In another meeting, other similar events were on the agenda. Apparently, the GM had a way of trying to tune me in. I objected to the fact that another manager tried to attribute an event that developed under his responsibility to me.

I said it's not about me,
When the information that came to us insisted in this direction,
I said that it would be better if the person related to the subject told himself here among us,
I later learned about this fictional scenario,
To anger them with unjust provocation and accusations and to create a justification for themselves,
The manager responsible for the aforementioned issue took a denial attitude,
He started uttering almost insulting words,
The meeting tasted bitter,
Apparently, GM was guided by misconceptions.

Maintaining an Environment of Trust and Respect:

In the conversation I had with the GM at the end of the meeting, I stated that if this manager's attitude was based on lies, the atmosphere of trust and respect would be damaged. He gave me the right, but somehow you're the person concerned 

Since he is the bearer type, he preferred to cover up the issue. After a few similar incidents, I chose not to stay in an environment where I was not at peace and left.

Being able to leave when the time comes:

My decision was firm and leaving was the right approach. In order for the matter not to be too sensational, I went to my office on Sunday and packed my things and placed them in my car. It's not going to happen, something called impossible if you plan it. I had packed my things and just before I left, I suddenly ran into the CEO of the company in the hallway. I never expected this. I didn't want to tell you that I was leaving. I didn't want any issue that would harm the GM, whom I believed to be a well-intentioned person, on the agenda. Beyond our different aspects of the business, I had no personal issues with GM. It was me and the CEO in the hallway. I wanted to say hi and pass. The CEO suddenly stopped and began to speak;

Where are you, I never see you
I wanted to pass on the subject just because I am here,
What are you doing here on Sunday?
I said I came to get my things,
When I ask what stuff are you leaving,
Yes I left but
But it's okay, I won't let you leave without my approval,
He said come and talk to me on Monday,
Sir, it's not like he's just leaving,
I started my own company and said that we will work together again from outside,
Okay then; it doesn't matter inside or outside,
As long as we work together,
He said let me know if you need anything and left.

As of now, my mind has been blown. I really decided to chart a new path for myself. I had no intention of harming anyone. The first thing that came to my mind was our GM. What if the CEO calls the GM. I would be sorry if he was in trouble. I couldn't accept that someone with no personal problems should be in a difficult situation.

I immediately called our GM and briefly explained the incident. If asked, I wanted the CEO to know that I had informed him that we were working together on some projects from outside. GM couldn't make much sense, but we hung up with thanks.

Today must be the day of strange things. He called me 10 minutes after I called the GM.

First thank you
He immediately got to the point and said that the CEO called him,
He asked me how did you know the CEO would call,
I stated that I don't know, but that there should be a consistent answer between us in a possible situation,
By the way, I have never shared that work and personal matters should not be mixed.
The CEO actually called and asked if we were doing an outside project,
He stated that the necessary support should be provided,
GM was as surprised as I was,
We said good wishes to each other and hung up.

As a result;

While the artificial legitimacy of justice, which is used as it suits the West, is not a cure for humanity, the plan of the creator is always greater than all the plans they make. If there had been no Bolshevik revolution in 1917, perhaps there were some who tried very hard to make us the mandate of a mandate of the West; There is good in every evil.
