"True story"

The story of the discovery of the original DIVANI LUGATI TURK, which was a gift to TURKISH CULTURE by KAŞGARLI MAHMUT, who lived in the 1000s during the KARAHAN state, which made the Turkish language unique, and the story of the presentation of the original to the use of the Turkish Nation is sad and thought-provoking. HERE IS THE STORY:

DİVAN-Ü LÜGATİ - The Importance and Presence of TURK; Ali EMİR-İ Efendi from Diyarbakır visits second-hand booksellers every week. Ali EMİR-İ  Efendi asks if there is a new book. Burhan Effendi:

There is a book, but its owner wants thirty liras, and tells what happened. He says that this book will expire the next day and that the old woman will come to get the book.

As soon as he reads the name of the book he is holding, Ali EMİR-İ Efendi feels like he is going to faint. The book in his hand is DİVANU LUGATI -TÜRK, the most valuable work of the Turkish language, which is unique in the world. This book is not worth thirty, even thirty thousand liras. Ali EMİR-İ Efendi, who quickly recovered himself, said:

It's a messy work, I wonder if it's okay(?), Its author was a man named KAŞGARLI... Who he is, what he is, is not clear. Mehmet Ağa in yellow boots. However, it is a work of art.
