What is Sincerity, How to Tell if a Person is Sincere? (1)

The difficulty of writing in the shadow of the current internal and external dynamics is obvious. Naturally, people are curious about current and popular instant topics. We can say that this is preferring to be caught in the blowing wind. When I try to understand this a little bit, I find myself caught in the same wind.

We can show the Ukraine-Russia issue as the most recent example. What I have observed over the last week or two is that the most powerful effective and manipulative weapon is the media. The media can direct the masses as they wish and pull them into the scenario spiral they want. We are going through scenarios that will show death and persuade them to malaria. It is so obvious who is an expert, who is a scientist, or who is a troll, that we watch as if hypnotized, despite our disgust.

While making poor guinea pigs in internal dynamics, there is no harm in giving trolls tasks with honey and cream. A few weak voices trying to shout out right, law and justice, on the other hand, do not go beyond being stinging nettle in all the chaos.

Unfortunately, we are talking about a society that once voted 7.5% for a doner kebab. What I don't understand is that there is no one else in this country except those present. When we got angry with someone, it was like we should vote for their opponent. After all, this is the "Vicious Democracy" cycle. This is what is demanded of us as the price of our naivety.

However, concepts such as belief, morals and social values and concepts such as rights, law, justice, conscience and democracy have been explained or referred to. What is said sounds so true and good that they give us exactly what we want to hear, intravenously. Unfortunately, although the stories are true, the applications disappoint us once again in every field. We have a social saying that “if everyone cleans in front of their door, the street will be cleaned.” For some reason, nepotism and selfishness prevent this cleaning.

Even if the topics are current and popular, the basic principles never change. For this reason, I will continue to convey the reflections of my own world with my own anecdotal approaches, such as "the simplest truth is the truth you live". Our biggest shortcoming is that the standards (rule, theory, tradition, value, quality, etc.) are not permanent and not sustainable in practice. Unfortunately, we see that the reason for not being sustainable lies in the separation in our understanding of sincerity towards ourselves and the society.

This concept, which we will call "sincerity", is the cornerstone of other visible issues and its necessity actually depends on the fact that this concept is essential. Because it is unthinkable that it is not directly related to many issues. It is important for people to form the necessary infrastructure in order to understand its meaning and meaning.

Sincerity is a phenomenon that is formed with “good intentions” and overlaps in a way. In a way, it is related to the natural character of the person. The person's having this concept occurs as a result of multifaceted factors. Education, family, environment, friendship, experiences and experiences all together contribute to the formation of this phenomenon in the human self.

A person can choose to be sincere or not on a fine line. It could also be called a fine line between fear and hope. To give an example of the fine line of salvation through frustration in the following anecdote;

Khidr passes a place one day and observes two events. The first thing he observes is the excessive favor shown by the crowds in the place of an opinion leader or, in local words, a sheikh. Those who come and go, happy, observe a satisfied state. Then he goes to the sheikh and;

After a simple greeting,
To the person who caused this enthusiastic devotion,
I was very impressed with what I saw.
I'm sure this much favor is enough to put you in heaven,
The opinion leader who looked at this middle-class and plain-looking man out of the corner of his eye,
Do we not know what the result is so that you can remind us arrogantly answers.

While leaving absentmindedly and sadly, he sees a man lying under the wall of a dilapidated building on the outskirts of the town. He goes towards him and calls out to this man who is indifferent to him;

He makes a short greeting, but in vain, nothing from the man.
The man just keeps staring indifferently, as if lazily,
To the lazy man who did not answer the greeting;
Calls out, "Aren't you ashamed of yourself?"
The man is careless and unconcerned,
Khidr, angry at this,
You don't look good with this laziness,
I'm afraid you may go to hell in this state,
Hearing this, that lethargic man suddenly comes to life,
He jumps to his feet and jumps and hops like he's dancing with joy,
He is very happy. He will almost kiss Khidr's hand and foot...
Khidr, who was surprised by this,
O confused man, are you crazy?
I just said you could go to hell
You keep rejoicing at this, he asks what is this state,
The man happily and gratefully returns to Khidr,
I was in such a miserable state that I had lost all hope,
You said I could have a place
Thank God God will not ignore me.
Thank god you said I'd have a place too
I thought God wouldn't even admit me to hell,
Therefore, above all

my resume
Now I have hope that I can have a place,
Khidr, who finds this modest answer very meaningful, gives some advice and sets out.

He thinks to himself while walking away, the inspiration that comes into him is interesting too! So much property, position and power become nothing for the sake of "arrogance"; On the other hand, he is shaken by the fact that a simple "humble" can lead to salvation. Unsurprisingly, he observes that the difference between the person who is a victim of arrogance and the humble person to win stands on a fine line. "Arrogance is the way to frustration, modesty is the way to salvation"

Everyone accepts unconditionally that he is sincere and well-intentioned. This is not something that can be said so easily. True sincerity and goodwill often emerge in difficult situations. There are such moments that what the person is in that most difficult situation is revealed.

In one of the old times, the experience of a man who was traveling in the desert with his horse tells a concise situation even years later.

A traveler riding his horse in the scorching heat of the desert,
Once he hears some voices and looks around,
Behind a sand dune he sees a man in exhausted form,
Hastily she rides towards the man and goes to him,
The man is thirsty and exhausted,
He gives the man water from his quiver and shares from his own food,
The man wakes up and comes to life,
He chats a little and tells what happened to him,
........
Meanwhile, an unexpected disloyalty happens.
The revived man draws his knife and usurps the horse of the man who helped him,
Leaving the helping man to die on his own in the desert and walking away,
The owner of the horse calls out to this disloyal man,
He says he has a request,
When the disloyal man asked what happened,
........
My only request from you is, "Please don't tell anyone about this incident in the places you have arrived," he begs.
Since the unscrupulous man could not understand this request, he asked why,
Because those who hear this will refuse to help someone who is thirsty in the desert,
He says I don't want this incident to cause people's sense of benevolence to atrophy.

As it is seen, we are faced with a behavior that does not want goodwill, helpfulness and the right to do the right thing, even in the most difficult moment. With the motto "Let's help the thirsty in the desert under any circumstances".

Based on these simple anecdotes, let's think about the turbulent internal and external dynamics we're going through. While making comments, it is necessary to be scientific and sincere by consulting our evaluations. Let's not forget that the result of personal interests and unwarranted enmity is frustration. It is virtuous to empathize with and hold the hand of the oppressed and the victim.

It is necessary to pay close attention to the internal dynamics. We must not allow ourselves to be naive. Those who rule the country and those who aspire to rule should know very well; It is important that competent and sincere people are employed in the right places. Not accepting the undeserved authorities is also the cornerstone of sincerity.

The interests of the country and the nation are not like forming a ganyan group. For the future of the nation and the country, it is necessary to pay attention to the regulars of the gambling tables set up in the casinos in Las Vegas. It should be well understood that there is no winner sitting at that table. Because ganyans, who try their luck thinking they will win, may not even be aware of their naivety or knowing that whoever wins, the winner will actually be the owner of the casino table. We must not let this heavenly homeland get out of hand because of those who want to serve His Majesty.

Power is cruelty unless it is for justice. Since those who are not sincere will not have justice, if we can overcome our own weaknesses, we will not easily fall into the tricks of these external dynamics.

"Arrogance is the way to frustration, modesty is the way to salvation"

“Let's help the thirsty in the desert under any circumstances”

"An enemy cannot enter a disjointed nation without entering it, As long as the group strikes, the hearts cannot digest it"
