Why Should Every Human Smile and Laugh?

Laughing is an audible action, while smiling is a slightly quieter action. Laughing out loud is more about expressing and sharing our joy, enthusiasm and happiness freely. Smiling is to start a journey towards our inner world. Sometimes no one but us knows the reason for our smile.

We call the reflection of human happiness from the body to the outside laughing or smiling. Laughing relaxes the person. It replaces the negative energy in the body with positive energy. Everyone who breathes knows that being with people who know how to laugh allows us to experience the beautiful moments of life. You do not understand how time passes with people who can laugh. Smiling is the most powerful magic that people can use throughout their lives. I can say that I have a personality and structure that tries to benefit from this magic as much as I can, whether in my life or in my social world. I cannot even describe how being in the same environment with smiling, cheerful people gives me an extremely high energy source and joy of life. I always look for and ask such people, I want to be with them. Who wouldn't want to be with them anyway?

As you know, there is no trouble that a smile cannot disperse, no door that it cannot open, no heart that it cannot win. It gives the other party the message that they deserve a smile, that they are cared for and loved. When you smile at someone and say nice things to them, the happiness it creates in them will return to you and reflect on you. Making a person smile makes him/her feel that he/she is important. When a person perceives that he/she is important and can say "I am important", it leads to an increase in self-belief and confidence.

In physiology, a smile is a facial expression caused by the movement of the muscles on both sides of the mouth and around the eyes. A smiling face, or a person who smiles often, is called a smiling face or a smiling person. When you see a smiling person, don't you feel a surge of energy or a gust of happiness? Of course, I am not talking about people who bite while laughing. The fake smile of people who seem to do good and do evil is not our subject. Their smiles are infuriating.

The average adult manages to smile or laugh only twenty times a day. As you can see, what we call smiling is not such a simple action. It must come from within. It is the reflection of the joy, pleasure and joy rising from within you as a slight smile or a merry laugh. Those who smile or laugh often will tend to be happier, more energetic and healthier.

There is, of course, a slight difference between laughing and smiling. Laughing is a loud action, while smiling is a slightly quieter action. Laughing out loud is more about expressing and sharing our joy, enthusiasm and happiness freely. Smiling is to start a journey towards our inner world. Sometimes no one but us knows the reason for our smile.

Laugh, smile. I say live life to the fullest. Because human life is very short. In our childhood years, time seems to each of us as if it will never pass. If you are a child reading this article, it is very normal to feel this way. But over time, as we get older, as our minds and experience develop, the shortness of life becomes more and more apparent. Many people can even be affected by this in a very negative way. However, life has a natural flow. This flow is valid from flowers, trees, insects, animal kingdom to humans. Every living creature that comes to this world will surely pass away from this world one day. I believe that this process should be considered natural.

Therefore, we should make good use of the days we live and try to have a good and pleasant time. We should remove from our agenda the issues that darken our souls and give us trouble. Or, if possible, we should strive to minimise them. We should always try to stay away from people who spread negativity and events that we feel uneasy. We should try to bring humour to the forefront in daily routine and relationships. Our people say "anger is sweeter than honey" but I prefer the taste of a smile or humour to honey. Where there are these two, there is flavour and beauty. A pleasant time spent with friends and good people, a small smile that appears on my face is written on the bottom line of my life. At such times, I feel it in my bones and I am happy.

Who knows, maybe reading or turning each page of a book while reading is the most special key to looking at life with a smile. Therefore, I say, start each new day by remembering a funny moment from the day before and laugh to the fullest. Can't find one? At least smile. Always be smiling at the beginning of the day and in human communication. This positive energy you will spread around you will be reflected back to you like a mirror. With the hope that we will have many days when you can smile, may you all have at least a smile on your face. If you have reasons to smile, it will be even better.

Stay with love full of respect, may the days when you laugh so much be missing from your life!
