First of all, if I look at the case from the doctor's side, I have previously stated that a significant increase should be made to the doctors. By expanding this issue, the state should and will raise every employee and pensioner in the country at a rate that will set an example for the private sector.

For example, the "thing" we call "doctor's salary" consists of pure doctor's salary, fixed donor money and additional payment, if any. On top of this, the duty and offer fees, if any, are added. In short, no doctor receives a fixed salary each month, and is affected by everything from his own health or leave status to the performance of his fellow co-workers that month. The fact that only the part of the salary paid in this way, which I call pure doctor's salary, is accepted as the main factor in retirement also creates grievances. In addition, since he cannot trust the salary of the doctor, who is expected to work like a tradesman, he cannot make a long-term plan and, in common terms, he eats what he earns this month.

It was discussed that what was done as a raise was to increase this fixed payment a little and add it to the payment and give it as a salary instead of a fixed payment. I say it was discussed because from December 1, when the law was passed, until December 3, when the law was put on hold, no one could understand how much the "raise" was. Even our colleagues, who requested information from a few lawyer friends, did not receive a definitive answer.

Frankly, the fact that this hike, which even the lawyers claim did not understand exactly what happened, was covered in the media as if it had been made, and it drew the reaction of everyone in these difficult days. Serious protests broke out, especially in the group consisting of nurses, and I have to express that I find it right to protest on my own behalf. As I said at the beginning of the article, especially if we consider how much the salaries have melted in dollar terms at the moment, everyone should be given a raise many times over the inflation rate. However, it is unfortunately unacceptable for both groups to act as if the other group is paying their salaries, to underestimate each other's profession and to create hatred between them. "Why does he get higher than me, what is he doing?" This approach only causes everyone to continue to receive low wages as in the current situation. In addition, these two complementary professions; In these days when violence in health is increasing, insulting other professional groups in front of the public only shakes the trust in the health sector.

In addition, many situations were deliberately distorted in this period. For example, the news that doctors are protesting while eating in a hospital is of course not true. Even though it is true, it does not serve any purpose other than giving information about the mental health of the people who do this. In addition, it is not correct to burn a model with a doctor's uniform in an action. Although I think it was a wrong demonstration, a model with the inscription of a health worker was burned. I am sure that similar provocations were made by the nurses. In addition, there are also those who make absurd and unimaginable comments on the right and left with the nicknames of dr, nurse without any interest in this business. There is not much to say about this situation, which I think is due to puberty. At this point, we suggest that both sides keep their calm and investigate the incident first.

We sincerely hope that an improvement will be made in the law, which has been announced to be reconsidered after the 2022 budget negotiations, in which the welfare of all health workers and then the whole society will increase.
