All European automobile companies have slowed down their electric car investments.

Only Elon Musk's Tesla and a few Chinese automakers are moving forward at full speed when it comes to electric cars.

Even the Japanese, as I wrote before, have focused more on hybrid cars.

Where were we going to save the world from fossil fuels?

What happened to global warming?

What happened to green energy?

The problem is clear.

The battery problem of electric cars seems to be a very big problem.

Apparently, no one likes that China has a monopoly in this regard.

The battery is almost everything in electric cars.

I have written a lot about new battery technologies before. The world is still trying to produce cheaper and faster charging batteries, but there is no significant development yet. China is still the dominant country in terms of batteries.

In addition, complaints from those who buy electric cars are another reason for this backlash.

Let alone the fact that there is not yet an adequate repair service network, even practical filling centers with existing batteries have not yet become widespread.

I have written about this issue before; charging centers require a serious electrical infrastructure.

Larger investments are needed to reach the stage of gas stations that are on almost every corner today.

Such an investment is not an expense that any automobile brand can handle on its own.

The electrical infrastructure in most houses is not sufficient.

Moreover, even if it is sufficient, if you connect the car to electricity so that it can be charged at home until the morning, your monthly charging expense becomes expensive due to these taxes and prices.

In addition, the possible repair costs of electric cars are not insurmountable.

Even the standard maintenance cost becomes so expensive that you regret buying an electric car.

People say that these issues will get better over time, but doubts still remain in our minds.

So, is this why Apple gave up on this investment?

Actually, some yes and some no.

What he said is that when we do what we do, we want to do the best, and when we say good, it is expensive.

Both the electric car market is not developing fast enough for the reasons I just wrote, and it is not easy to compete with China, especially on price.

Therefore, we decided to shift our energy to the field of artificial intelligence, Apple says.

Of course, this is a decision they make, but these decisions alone have caused people to think again about electric cars.

Is this decision beneficial for us?

So should we be happy because a competitor has already been eliminated from the market?

Or is the future of electric cars really a bad market, as is said?

Or is this huge investment made with state support already a bankrupt investment?

Actually, I have answered this question before.

If we want TOGG to be successful:

1. We need to develop our own battery technology!

2. We should develop not only the electric car, but also our national hydrogen fuel car, which is my favorite. I even mentioned cars that run on compressed air.

3. We need to increase electricity production, our current production capacity is not enough, we are not in a bad position in the world rankings, but if we are to focus on electric cars, our current production is not enough!

4. If we want people to choose electric cars, we need to adjust prices and taxes. Maybe we should give people subsidies.

5. We should increase the number of filling centers, perhaps with government support.

6. We need to add infrastructure rules to the new housing specifications that allow us to charge from our homes. Thus, even if filling centers are not sufficient, at least filling can be done at home.

7. We need to make charging prices from residences more economical.

8. We need to establish a repair and maintenance services network now, perhaps with government support.

These are the things that need to be done in the first stage. If people want to buy TOGG, who knows what other precautions need to be taken that I haven't listed.

Of course, in addition to all these, there are other effects such as the state of the country's economy, whether the citizen can buy these cars or not, his economic power, his income level, whether the citizen's economic situation is sufficient or not.

Can TOGG become a brand with sales only in Türkiye?

I don't think so.

If it wants to become a brand, it should be able to sell abroad.

In order to do this, the conditions I have listed above must be fulfilled worldwide.

In order to compete in the world, in addition to all the things I have mentioned above, the balance of price and quality must also be achieved.

In short, it is not an easy task.

I hope our national car TOGG will not remain just an election propaganda.

Really, why don't our ministers take a TOGG tour in this election?
