Let's Plan Our Future: Part-7 (Final)

When making a work schedule in construction works, we first look at what we are programming for. Starting with the definition of the job, resources, financing, time, project design and necessary workforce, we have a large-scale income and expense plan, which we call the master plan of the project. Then we plan on the basis of work items. We have some milestones. Certain stages must be completed within certain time limits. While some jobs can be done in parallel, some jobs have to follow each other. You can't do anything on the top without the foundation, you can't do the plaster on the wall without the wall.

Same here, since our project is to have a certain say in the world after thirty years, our plan should be to achieve our goals of strength, unity and independence in every sense.

We can say that our biggest problem today is our economic problems. We have huge debts and expenses in foreign currency basis. We cannot even balance the income distribution within the country. Economic balancing efforts increase inflation in a spiral. Efforts to regulate income create confusion and the results only serve the cunning ones who want to take advantage of this environment. On the other hand, the social reactions to the mistakes made are increasing day by day. How do we fix the economy? What should we do? We are just like a vehicle that has gone off the road, whereas we have to get back on the road and keep going.

I think the first thing we should do is change the driver of the vehicle, because the driver insists on keeping the steering wheel in the opposite direction instead of turning it towards the road, and thinks that instead of slowing the vehicle by pressing the brake, it is necessary to step on the gas in reverse. Maybe he doesn't want to brake just to keep the steering wheel. He is afraid of the reaction of the passengers who will say what are you trying to do if he stops the vehicle.

So how will it be in this case? How do we change the steering wheel in a moving vehicle? Are we going to crash into the tree ahead and wait for the car to fall apart? Or will we somehow convince? Moreover, although some people in the vehicle saw that we would hit a tree, maybe just because the driver would not change, maybe they were in shock from fear, maybe just because they loved the driver, maybe just because they thought that this driver would save us if they could save us from this situation, I don't know why, but they don't close their eyes and complain about the situation. , they can't.

But I think everyone understands that this departure will crash us into trees and that the driver must be changed as soon as possible.

It has been understood that one of our milestones in our program will be to fix our management system as soon as possible and make it suitable for everyone. I think it is certain that no one can take such a big risk as one-man rule again.

After all, if we continue on the road with a common mind, everything will be settled gradually. In the previous chapters, I have explained the institutions and the responsibilities they must take in sufficient detail. I hope we can manage to establish a good management system with common sense. Because I think this is our most important problem, like the foundation of the building.

Then we have to get rid of our debts. This will take time and requires us to make the right investments. By investments, I do not mean things to be done by pouring concrete. First of all, we should look for ways to develop cooperation with the countries around us.

While we are advancing in the export of raw material imports, we should also attach importance to the export of our own resources and domestic production, but by becoming a brand. I've seen a news report that a fabric produced in Gaziantep is being used in the French fashion world, just like in this news, but beyond that, I'm talking about exporting by developing our own fashion and adding added value.

As the gradual raising of the education level and its reorganization as it should be is a long-term issue, it should be carried out in parallel. We need to train staff that will catch up with technological developments as soon as possible. On the other hand, we must open up opportunities within the country for the trained staff to return, and we must provide incentives.

On the other hand, starting the investments that will increase our income level as soon as possible should be among the main items. Investments should be a priority for the energy revolution. If necessary, incentives should be given for the transformation of factories.

In order to make this plan more detailed, first of all, it is necessary to revive the state planning organization in a more modern way, if necessary, day by day, week by week, with all its resources, with all the workforce, with the correct connections of work items.

Again, I tried to explain the future and what kind of plan we should make in order to have a place in the future as a country.
