The next day will come, are we ready?

We make use of modern technology as much as possible. We are almost nominated for the first place in the world in the latest mobile phones, home theaters and internet games. We have become a complete consumer society. We are under the delusion that we will be happy as we consume and that we will catch up with the standards of the western world. However, no technology will save us from falling behind among the world's countries, especially in terms of education, reading, research and scientific studies, in our country's understanding of the future and making plans. We must realize this. First we must learn to understand. We must also learn to learn. In fact, learning to learn is very necessary for a significant majority of our society.

Let's Learn to Use Our Mind:

The mind is the only light on the way of modernization and enlightenment, it is the first power. First, we must free our minds from being obsessed with past models of society. We have to think about it and question it. What did we do? Where did we come? Where did we go wrong? Where did we get swept off the road? They say knowing how to ask is half of knowing. Here, I should make a statement with sincere humility; "The other half, I say, is to think, read, and use the mind. The human mind develops by thinking, and the mind is the means of being alert and producing solutions to the difficult and even trap problems and facts that nature and direct life present to us. Man listens and speaks. He thinks and says what he thinks. This is how he gets along with other people.

It is not easy to question the internal and external dynamics, developments, life, economic and social formations, briefly the current problems of our country. There are many reasons that affect and change our thoughts and our lives that we do not realize. The messages conveyed by television and other media channels under the umbrella of propaganda about the degenerated traditions and social habits of the world, and the abundance of information produced from various sources of unknown origin make it impossible to perceive the environment we live in and our social environment impartially. The reality is that society, which buys technology and information from outside and does not create its own means of life, unfortunately cannot get to the root of its problems.

It is impossible to live freely in the 21st century without reaching the level of education, training, production and R&D parallel to Europe, USA and China. It is very difficult to be a developed society and to advance in science, technology and even industry. Reading is the foundation of learning about the world. Read wherever you are. Book, internet, whatever channel, please read. In our world, those who know always exploit, oppress and consume those who do not know. The first reason for Turkey's underdevelopment today is due to the lack of scientific knowledge in the past. We still pay the bill for the late arrival of the printing press. Our scientific inadequacy and social ignorance started with the opposition to printing.

Accepting this fact is maturity, it is the cultural level. I think that losing is actually winning, subject to one obvious condition. That condition is that the person or the society questions himself at the moment of loss. Why and where was the mistake made? How could it have been avoided? How to plan for the future so that a way out can be found? For this reason, I think that the renewal of people and societies can often begin when they lose, and I say that losing is the first step of renewal.

Example of China:

In the context of the subject I wrote above, I examined China. the Chinese; They are making all kinds of programs and sacrifices to be creative in science. In the number of patents and research, China is about to reach the US figures. Every year, one million children selected from among the gifted are taken to special education to become scientists. Mathematicians, biologists, nanotechnology experts, agriculturalists and 400,000 engineers are trained every year. In the light of these facts, the question immediately comes to my mind: "What are these numbers in our country?" Are there scientific and sociological studies that will enlighten our future? The future of the world The world is experiencing a real climatic change, just before a very serious historical period. Drought, drought, natural disasters are just around us.

The energy crisis is upon us. The negativities that happened and what could happen are revealed every day in the media world. Oil and gas resources are running out.

We have to rapidly produce alternative energies. Every day and every attempt we are late means a regression in the economy.

Conclusion;

The realities of the near future of Turkey and the world are so clear and frightening. We should know that only taking scientific studies to a higher level, producing, consuming correctly, and radical plans and policies that dominate the mind will guide our future. This is how the future will come. The important thing is, are we ready? Or are we getting ready? In the light of all these facts, either our country will work in unity, will produce, and be a giant in science and technology. Or I can't say, because I can't think of a second alternative. We really have no other alternative. There is no other solution. Either we will succeed or we will succeed. As I end my lines here, I wish you all health and happiness.
