Can we recycle rainwater and waste water from our homes?

For example, I don't understand why we don't have two separate lines for domestic and drinking water at home. Couldn't it be possible to simply increase the water from hand washing and showering and use it a second time in the toilets, in the cisterns? I think it could be done if we wanted to.

Ideas are very valuable in today's world.

There was a guy called Mark Zuckerberg who came up with the idea of Facebook so that people could share something from their lives. He was still in his university years.

They thought of a digital platform called Twitter, so that people could express their opinions publicly. The whole world loved it. Even country leaders have been using Twitter for a long time when they want to make a statement.

Someone created a program called YouTube, which used to share only funny videos. Now almost all television channels broadcast live.

For simpler and shorter videos, there is TikTok. It has become very popular again.

These are examples from social media. Many things that we use indispensably in our daily lives in almost every subject are technological products produced with someone's ideas.

So as I said, there is nothing more valuable than ideas today.

There was once a character called Zihni Sinir in Gırgır. He would have all kinds of ideas. They were all nonsense, but he was a cartoon character. Since the aim was to make us laugh, absurdity was secondary. I actually liked ideas that were caricatured.

I also like to come up with interesting ideas sometimes. Mine are mostly imaginary things. But they are not useless or outrageous.

For example, I've never understood why we don't have two separate lines for domestic and drinking water in our homes.

Wouldn't it be possible to simply increase the water from hand washing and showering and use it a second time in the toilet cisterns?

I think it can be done if we want to.

As I said, we can also collect it on the basis of the whole building, purify it and redistribute it to the houses through a separate line.

This water can be delivered to the house through a completely separate line as water for use in reservoirs. The largest amount of the water we use is spent in toilet reservoirs.

We can even collect rainwater from the roof of the building in a tank and use this water in bathrooms, perhaps even for hand washing and showering with a simple treatment.

A lot of effort and money is spent today to increase and sterilize the water flowing from our fountains at home. With a simple plumbing arrangement like this, I think it would be a more economical solution for our water needs at home.

If we think in more detail about how to make the installation and write these things in the building construction standards, those who do not know will have to apply it as it is written, and I think it can be a great saving in the country dimension.

Another issue that I think should be included in building standards is thermal insulation.

Energy is one of the most expensive needs of today. Heat loss is a big expense for us in our homes.

I think a great deal of energy can be saved nationwide in this way.

These are the kind of ideas I am talking about.

Well, being a builder, one naturally thinks of ideas related to construction.

In Japan or China, I think they developed a system to collect rainwater from the roads and then wash the roads with this water. That's a good idea too!

Technologically, there are also many new ideas. I recently saw a public transportation vehicle moving on magnetic bearings, again in China I think. It could travel at a certain speed with very little energy requirement.

So interesting ideas can be produced if desired.

Sometimes when there is a need, I may have to do something with whatever I have at that moment that can be a solution to the problem I need to solve at that moment.

I'm not talking about brilliant ideas that nobody thinks of, of course, but as I said, there is something that needs to be done urgently and at that moment, I put together something suitable that I have at my disposal and set up a device that fits the need.

Sometimes it's just a couple of pieces of wood together and it can be a reservoir that's needed at that moment, sometimes it can be a device to temporarily fix something somewhere.

So sometimes it's possible to solve something temporary with something that has a different purpose.

I think you should not hesitate to come up with ideas. Sometimes you can do something practical and maybe you can do something that really works.

Now we are going to quickly build sturdy houses for all those people affected by the earthquake. Maybe we will build earthquake-resistant satellite cities around the earthquake cities.

We have to build these cities from scratch, including the infrastructure.

While we're at it, as I said, would it be bad if we at least think about infrastructures where we can utilize rainwater and wastewater?

I think these issues need to be thought about already.

Love and respect to everyone from Moscow
