We have been waiting for a while for the transfer of the new central bank governor, excuse me, patroness, from the US. Since there is no visa application for Americans in Turkey, it is incomprehensible why it took so long. Mr. Şimşek did not say he inherited a single wreck, he said everything else, but only to those who understand. Let's see how long he will last as the savior of our economy. There are already squeaky voices asking what are you saying?

Even though the Turkish Statistical Institute (TurkStat), which has been boosted by the base effect, the summer effect and now a little bit of gas effect, showed inflation quite low, the market people who misunderstood Mr. Şimşek's advice to leave it to the barber to keep it messy, hit the bottom of the dollar.

The dollar, euro and sterling exchange rates got a little bit of gas while they were ready.

Fortunately, the President said, "What are you doing?" and they took the old order exchange rates under control. And when I say they did, I mean they prevented it from rising further for now.

The people of the stock market said, "Oh, now it's done," and just as they were about to take off, they said, "Oh my God, what's going on?" and said, "Wait a minute. Today the stock market closed negative again.

Here is the state of our economy.

Where to, my friend, we were about to cut a watermelon. We have been waiting for a while for the new central bank governor, excuse me, patroness, transferred from the US.

It is hard to understand why it took so long since there is no visa application for Americans in Turkey.

Mr. Şimşek did not say he inherited a single wreck, he said everything else, but only to those who understand.

Let's see how long he will last as the savior of our economy. There are already squeaky voices saying "what are you saying?".

If it reaches Reyisin's ears, they will quickly cut off the head of the rooster that crows untimely, I tell you.

Nebati minister?

He's in a good mood, and is even said to be saying oh well. Supposedly a great burden has been lifted from my shoulders.

What else did he say?

He said he will digest it, what else can he say?

Any other news?

I think this is enough for the ruling front.

On the opposition front, Mr. Kılıçdaroğlu said he would not get up from his seat.

I have just warmed up the seat, he wants me to get up and let someone else sit in the warm seat.

He said, "Who is around you and who is not around you, let me see you get up from your seats.

The opposition is really incomprehensible.

Can't you see that the seat has caved in? What good can come from that seat?

Any other news?

Well, it's hot and cold here.

We are supposedly at war, but when you look out of the window, it doesn't look like a country at war.

Although the weather is a bit nice today, it's as if people said let's go for a walk while the weather is nice.

The street is full of people walking around calmly, not like in the morning rush.

Well, compared to the war conditions, I can say that the prices have not increased exaggeratedly.

Just yesterday, peaches were 140 rubles a kilo in the market, they had a discount.

You divide it by 3.51 according to the latest exchange rates.

It is like 40 liras in Turkish money.

Tomatoes have also gotten cheaper. In winter times, the price was up to 250 rubles.

Russians produce tomatoes themselves now. In greenhouses of course.

The price per kilogram has dropped to 80 rubles. 22 lira 80 kurus in Turkish lira.

Of course these prices are expensive compared to Turkey. But even as it is, I can say that it is quite economical here. After all, all kinds of fruits and vegetables come here from abroad.

For some reason, the price of lemon and onion are the only ones that don't go down.

For the last one and a half months, for some reason, these two have increased and their prices are not going down like the others. Just two months ago onions were 20 rubles a kilo and lemons were 90-100 rubles.

If I say that lemons come from Turkey, I can't understand why onions have increased.

In fact, onions grow everywhere here.

I think it is a game of foreign powers!

The onion mafia is everywhere.

A kilo? Yesterday onions were 85 rubles. 24 lira 20 kurus in Turkish lira.

But last week we bought the ones that are sold in sacks, I think they are from stock, so they are cheaper than fresh onions.

I think it was like 60 rubles a kilo, so at last week's exchange rate it was 15 liras.

We also buy pasteurized milk, it's called normalized here, the kind in plastic bottles.

It costs around 70-80 rubles a liter, although there are some for 100-110 rubles. They call it natural milk, but I think there is no such thing as natural milk in the markets anymore.

Sometimes there are discounts and it costs 35-40 rubles. You calculate the Turkish lira equivalent.

Actually, they bring it to us from outside the city, thanks to the son of a lady who owns cows directly. He gives us 100 rubles per liter.

We make yogurt from that milk, the yogurt is not as good as the ones in the market.

In short, it's peace and order around here, summer is here, flowers are blooming, the parks are full of people. They started to run the pools in the parks.

If the weather improves a bit more, I recommend it, look, soon the white nights will start. For those who have not seen San Petersburg and the white nights, this is the time to visit these places.

Why San Petersburg and not Moscow, you ask?

Of course you are welcome here, it is also very beautiful.

But there are no white nights here.

There are plenty of parks and gardens here. Well, not as many as St. Petersburg, but there are plenty of historical buildings. But here it's clear until 11 o'clock at night at the latest. In San Petersburg, it's light all night. That's why they call it white nights.

In Norilsk, the polar days have begun. Days when the sun never sets.

Summers are a bit hot here, there is no sea in Moscow, but there is a river. A river cruise is also very enjoyable.

In short, my love and respect to everyone from Moscow
