Another leader opposes but says the chili pepper should have tasted more, it didn't taste that good.

So, the political debates in the society seem very shallow to me as in this analogy. It is the cook who cooks the food, so there are external factors. If there is no fire in the stove, the food cannot be cooked, I do not want to say that this is an external factor. So it would be wrong to attribute everything to external forces. The event is the winds of change.

Triggers of Social Transformation:

So what I mean is that the transformation of society does not depend only on leaders. The winds of change are more factors in the development of society. There is already a level of modernity that humanity has come to, and this level affects all humanity. We can't escape it either. The transformation of society takes place mostly with these necessary effects, mostly with the society's own will for change.

Leaders, yes leaders are important, they lead the change, but leaders are also individuals from the society, they are also affected by the general winds of change like other individuals. The only difference between leaders from other members of society is that they may have previous knowledge, perhaps stronger intuition, their ability to drag the masses after them, and their ability to adapt to this possible change beforehand. Otherwise, we can say that we are all in the same boat with the leaders, or as in my example, we are all in the same pot.

These winds of social change sometimes cannot be prevented, no matter who the leader is, maybe the one who will be a leader can be delayed, or on the contrary, if he is an enlightened leader, it can be accelerated, but no leader can completely destroy the winds of change. That's why the ancients said that water will find its way, no matter what you do, you cannot prevent it.

Change in Unemployment Rates:

According to a study, the social change in Turkey from 2011 to 2021 is as follows. While 39 out of every 100 people were working in 2011, this ratio increased to 44 in 2021. In other words, the employee rate increased by 5%. I don't like to evaluate the ratios, so it would be more accurate to calculate the increase in the number of employees according to the population of 2011 and 2021. In 2011, our population was 73 million 440 thousand. In 2021, it is 84 million 680 thousand. With these values, 8 million 617 thousand 600 more people started to work. This is a good thing.

But the news is constantly talking about the increase in unemployment rates, you can ask how this happens, yes it is true, the unemployment rate is also increasing. While 5 out of every 100 people were unemployed in 2011, this rate increased to 6 in 2021. You can say that these rates are very low, even the announced TURKSTAT values ​​are much higher. But the rates explained as unemployment rate are the rates among the working population. The rates in this study are the rates subtracted for the whole population. Although the result is the same, I think it is explained that way because the notifications can be manipulated more easily according to the number of people who can work, or it may be because it is the world standard. Still, the ratios over the total population make more sense to me. In fact, as I said, I don't even like to evaluate with ratios. Yes, if we count the number according to the population of the years, we have 1 million 408 thousand 800 people more unemployed in 2021 than in 2011.

How does this happen, so that both the number of employees and the number of unemployed have increased?

Effects of Population Growth on Change:

That's why we can't keep up with the population growth. During this period, the population increased by 11 million 240 thousand people, we were able to find or give employment to 8 million 618 thousand people, while 2 million 622 thousand people remained unemployed.

But again the numbers do not keep up, we said the number of unemployed is 1 million 409 thousand, the difference is 1 million 214 thousand people, where does this difference come from?

Let's continue, the retirement rate was 13% in 2011, and in 2021 this rate has dropped to 10%. In other words, we have 1 million 79 thousand 200 fewer retirees in numbers. What does this mean now, I mean, if we had more retirees, we would have said okay, we would have said that the mentioned difference is the retirees and closed the account, now the difference is even bigger, the unknown population has increased to 2 million 293 thousand.

Anyway, let's continue, then, the rate of housewives was 34% in 2011, and this rate dropped to 27% in 2021. Well? The number of housewives decreased, the women started to work, they found a job and started to work. This is a very good thing, but it messes up our calculations. If we look at the numbers, housewives decreased by 2 million 106 thousand in 10 years. Uncertain what he did, the community group increased to 4 million 399 thousand people. Very interesting indeed. Who could they be? What are they doing?

Yes, these are students. While the rate of young people continuing their education after high school in institutions called universities in every city was 8% in 2011, it became 12% in 2021. With the effect of the increasing population, the number of students is 4 million 286 thousand 400 more. If we include the increase of 112 thousand unemployed in between, our account is sitting.

The result of this research is that although the working population has increased, the job opportunities are insufficient because the population increase is higher.

Although the reason is not completely clear, it is not clear whether it is due to necessity or the effect of social change, but they started to contribute to the family budget by starting to work at a certain rate, which we can accept as positive.

Since our retirees are decreasing, it can be said that people do not want to retire. The low pensions, the high cost of living and the very high retirement age also play a role in this.

As for our students, namely our young people, it may be a positive thing for them to continue their university education. Even though the education level is not very good, it can be said that it would be good for more young people to start studying, but this personal gain does not mean that they can find a job more easily because they are university graduates tomorrow. In a sense, we are delaying the increase in unemployment rates. It seems to me that we should develop different methods in education. Maybe we should focus on vocational high schools, I can't give an answer to what should be done right now, but I can say that all young people study at university, and since the universities opened are not institutions that can even be called universities, I can say that it is just a waste of time. Research Reflects Social Development

Yes, that's the case, I liked this research because it reflects our social development. But on the other hand, it exposes the problems with all their nakedness.

Although, any kind of research has a margin of error, after all, you do not ask questions to the whole society. You have a certain group of subjects and you assume that this group represents every segment of the society. Also, the evaluation of the information obtained is not that easy. She says she is a housewife, but maybe she reads at the same time. He says he is looking for a job, but in fact he is not satisfied with his job, he says so because he is considering changing his job. So the answers can sometimes be misleading. But I found this research valuable in terms of giving an idea.

As I said, our problems are clear, there are many mistakes made. Some solutions are being tried to be found, but apparently not enough. We have to work harder, we have to work more planned. I read a news report that working hours will be reduced, I don't know what the purpose is, why they thought of making such a change, I did not examine it in detail, but we have a lot of work to do, I'm not talking about shoveling in vain or beating water in a mortar, we really need to work hard.

Contemporary states are much better than us in some matters, they live more comfortably, more comfortably, even though there are various reasons for this, let's stop making excuses and look inside ourselves. Let's catch them by working hard, it's not that hard to catch their level, as long as we know how to use our minds.
