Lavrov mentioned the existence of US biological laboratories in Ukraine and stated that it is not surprising that the US denied them. Against the United States, which carried out an operation in Iraq by citing the possible existence of weapons of mass destruction, Lavrov presents a similar reason for the military intervention in Ukraine. Although there are conflicting reports about the existence and absence of laboratories, the important thing here is that Russia exposed the mistake of the USA at that time.

Another issue Lavrov expressed is the demilitarization and neutrality of Ukraine.
