But last week, we examined that the Great Silk Road is on its way to tangentially crossing the geography of Turkey with both the Black Sea and the South East Mediterranean crossing, tankers and pipelines. I mean the horizontal pipelines of the "Turkish Stream Project" between Turkey and Russia, which were put into service this week. On the "New Silk Road trade route between China and Europe, Georgia and Bulgaria make Greece the focal point of "one belt, one road" due to the Piraeus port, which the PRC almost completely owned. In addition, the continuation of the negotiations on the Iran-Iraq-Syria railway project on 13 April 2019 also reveals the danger of bypassing another Turkey. The Iran-Iraq-Syria railway, together with the Syrian Latakia port, by-passing Turkey from the south, and connecting the route of central Asia to the eastern Mediterranean to the Piraeus Port, which is completely under the control of the PRC, dictates the extreme point of malicious expansions. This situation, apart from the non-neighboring countries in our close geography, almost completely disables Turkey on the Iron-Sea Silk Road, even of the neighboring countries to our country.

In this context, it is the “Germany-Turkey-India” association again. It is the establishment of the 'Berlin-Baghdad-Basra-Bombay' axis again. It is essential to establish a connection with Trabzon and İskenderun ports on this line.

It is known that "Far East Trade" is not only made with the PRC, it is a known fact that Pacific and Southeast Asian countries use this line. In no production should not forget India, which has a population of 1.5 billion, almost as much as China. In the meantime, it is imperative to note that India has made a great electronic revolution. Consider that this country is considered to be a China after 15-20 years. It can be seen that ¼ of the world's population lives in these countries, along with Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines and Indochina. It is also a known fact that the main axis of ancient world trade passes through this route.

After all, I have to say that it is clearly seen that it is an excellent connection route to the geography of Turkey, from the Balkans to the Arabian peninsula and South Asia, as well as to the Mediterranean, and that it is an excellent logistics base on this route. This geography, bestowed by nature, integrates Anatolia and Thrace, the main axis of both the "Great Silk Road" and the "Ancient World Trade". Let me tell you, dear readers.

The revival of the 'Berlin-Baghdad-Basra-Bombay' route, which is connected with the Trabzon and İskenderun ports, is considered vital for making the geography of Turkey a center of attraction again. The cooperation between Turkey and Germany, which started with the Libya-Berlin axis, and the extension of the Berlin-Baghdad Railway line to Basra and Bombay after Baghdad heralds abundance, stability and peace in the future.
