Can the Wind of Legitimacy Fly HAMAS?

Just as everything has a price, surviving in the Middle East also has a cost. Like the “Law of Love”, getting a card in the Middle East has a cost. This law is like the law of physics. A kind of lean is not like a set of rules to be followed, but rather like parameters that should be.

Just as everything has a price, surviving in the Middle East also has a cost. Like the “Law of Love”, getting a card in the Middle East has a cost. This law is like the law of physics. A kind of lean is not like a set of rules to be followed, but rather like parameters that should be. In other words, it is like a numeric symbol that seems to be static, but whose function is changed for each new value it will receive, it is variable. By the way, let's just say that the 'Law of Love', as old as human history, was also written by a great but unknown thinker. According to rumors, this book is considered one of the rarest pieces of the treasures of Prophet Solomon. It is sad to say that it burned down with the Library of Alexandria. For this reason, composer Saadettin Öktenay started the first line of this most popular song of 1971, if I wrote it, again. The most striking part of this nostalgic song, sung by Nesrin Sipahi, is the lines "The world has a summer and a winter, every road has an end and a beginning". As we said in our article last week, the ceasefire resulted in the victory of the Palestinian resistance. The resistance has won. But at what cost. The balance of the resistance has been heavy. The silence of the USA as if to say "Oh God," and its veto attitude in the UN Security Council led to the massacres in Gaza, the West Bank and Jerusalem. In East Jerusalem, the Sheikh Jarrah District, where diplomatic representations and institutions are located, near the area where Palestinians live. Palestinian women were also at the forefront of the resistance against the Israeli occupation, with the black protest t-shirts they wore "We Are All Gaza" (Kull'na Gaza), "We Will Not Go Out" (Len Irhal). women have also struggled with great self-sacrifice, turning a blind eye to their pain.Israel's forced migration and marriage Shouting "We won't leave even if we die" against the threat of persecution... Sheikh Cerrah Neighborhood is important for Palestinians, in order to be visible.

Let's make this clear, dear readers. The place where the Mescit-i Aksa and Kubbetu's Sahara Mosque, as well as the museum, madrasahs and large courtyard are located, is called "Haram-iş Şerif (Temple Mountain, Temple Hill)". In fact, the expression 'Harem-i Sharif' is also used for the 'Kabe-i Magnificent' in Mecca, the 'Masjid an-Nabawi' in Medina and the 'Masjid al-Aqsa' in Jerusalem. However, it is a known fact that the expression Masjid al-Haram is mostly used for the Kaaba and its surroundings. Masjid al-Aqsa Mosque, which is the first qibla for Muslims in occupied East Jerusalem, is located in a relatively small area at the southern end of the 'Haram-is-Sharif' square. The claims made by the Jews, on the other hand, focus on the fact that the historical Jewish temple, located in a different part of the Temple Mount, is where the mosque is now, as they say, in order to end the worship in Mecid-i Aqsa. Well? The point is this: All these claims are built on the destruction of this place of worship, where the Prophet Muhammad ascended to ascension. In other words, Jews carry out excavations under the Masjid al-Aqsa Complex, which includes a museum, madrasahs and a large courtyard, as well as the Qibla Masjid and the Kubbetu's Sahara Mosque, claiming that the ruins of the so-called Temple of Suleiman are found, and they also pray in Masjid al-Aqsa. they claim to have rights. However, "Hazrat Omar's Testament" fully agreed to the contrary, with the clause "Jews will not be allowed to live with them in Jerusalem (Ilya)" added to this testament by the Patriarch of Jerusalem. The Islamic armies under the command of Ebu Ubeyde bin Cerrah conquered Jerusalem, as it was then known as İlya, in the winter of 637-638. Since the commander of the city, Artaban, had fled to the Egyptian region before, the Jerusalem Patriarch Sophronius conducted the peace negotiations. Patriarch Sophronius told Commander Abu Ubeyde bin Cerrah that "the city was only built by Hz. I will hand it over to Omar Bin Khattab." On the suggestion of Hz. Omar, too. He took Ali with him and came to take Jerusalem two weeks later. (1) The first person to conquer Jerusalem through peace was Hz. It was Omar. The "Omar Eman/Ahidname" made on this subject is a really interesting document that will enable him to live together with Muslims, Jews and Christians living in Jerusalem and shed light on the present, as follows:

“- The people, churches and crosses of the people of Elijah were given safety. This eman includes those living in the city, those in the countryside, the sick and the healthy.

- Muslims will not be settled in their churches, their churches and crosses will not be destroyed, not even the smallest part will be reduced, and they will not be forced to give up their religion.

- Except for the small congregation already existing in Jerusalem, Jews will not be allowed to live with them in Elijah. (With the suggestion of Patriarch Sophronius, this article was included in the ahitname. EA)

- The people of Ilya will not harbor the Byzantines and thieves in the city.

- with the Byzantines Those who will leave the city together will be safe until their destination.

- Those who want to live in Ilya can stay in the city by paying the jizya.” (2nd)

Another issue is the direct connection of the Divine Comedy (La Divina Comedia), written by Dante Alighieri in the first half of the 14th century, with Jerusalem. In this epic poem, Dante divided the afterlife into three parts and collected them in three books: Hell (Inferno), Purgatory (Purgotorio) and Paradise (Paradiso). The gateway to the other world is Jerusalem. For this reason, Abrahamic religions attach importance to this place. This work had such an impact on Christianity that it could be said to have had more of an impact on the depiction of Hell in the Christian world than the Bible. (3) The Divine Comedy describes Dante's journey to the hereafter, which he said he made as his body, which lasted for an Easter week. Hell is under Jerusalem. Purgatory is above Hell. According to him, on the Day of Judgment, he will ascend to heaven from here. According to Dante's narrative, the city of Jerusalem is directly related to Hell, Purgatory and Heaven. Hell is undoubtedly the most striking part of Dante's narrative that draws the reaction of the Muslim world. Dante's inferno, located below Jerusalem, is geometrically circular and consists of nine overlapping floors, from wide to circular, narrowing and deepening downwards. In this respect, the architecture of hell resembles a cone or a funnel. This one-week journey of Dante took place in Jerusalem. Hell consists of circular lines that start just below the lands of Jerusalem and narrow towards the center of the earth. Dante considers Hell at the center of the world, below Jerusalem. Purgatory, as a mountain on the surface of Jerusalem, is in this world.

In Dante's fiction, heaven is in the heavens, not on earth. In Dante's design, the fact that hell is underground and narrows to the bottom is related to a belief based on the fact that heaven is in the sky. According to this belief, the devil is expelled from heaven, falls to earth, and the place where he fell is Jerusalem. Since the devil's fall to the ground is at a high speed, a deep hole is formed on the ground. Since this pit carries the heaviest sin, it goes to the center of the earth, to the deepest point of the moment. As a result, due to this fall, a great nine-layer hell pit is formed up to the center of the earth. Purgatory Mountain is formed from the lands he throws out of this deep pit. (4) Dante in this journey of Hell and Purgatory Hz. Before Jesus, he wandered around with Virgil, one of the Latin poets of the Caesar period, and his paradise with his beloved daughter Beatrice. Dante, in his Divine Comedy, classified hell into sins from minor to major as follows:

The First Circle is Limbos. Here are unbaptized pagan spirits who died before Christ. Second Circle Lust; Third Circle Gluttony; Fourth Circle Greedy; Fifth Circle Anger; Sixth Circle Heresy; Seventh Circle Violance; Eighth Circle Fraud/Fraud; The Ninth Circle is the Treachery. In the Ninth Circle Dante speaks of three treacherous spirits. The first of these is the three-faced Lucifer (Satan), who betrayed his creator/God; the second is Judas, who betrayed his prophet, and Brutus, who betrayed his stepfather, the Emperor Caesar. All of them are suffering in ice in the very center of the earth, in the deepest and narrowest part of hell. The 5 Islamic elders, whom he attributed to Hell, are of great interest to the Muslim world. Among them, especially Hz. Muhammad and Hz. Ali, on the other hand, is Salahaddin Eyyubi, Ibn-i Sina (Avicenna, Aristotle II) and Ibn Rusht, whom he mentions in Limbus, the entrance floor of Hell. It has always aroused curiosity as to why Dante counts these names on his list of hell, rather than other names.

The Divine Comedy is accepted by some commentators as a political satire. It is seen that Dante's fight with the church over the politics-religion relations in the Vatican is reflected in the work. For example, Dante is thought to have thrown princes and Popes into hell because of his personal problems or political preferences. (5) This point of view XX. It symbolizes and resembles in George Orwell's '1984' and 'Animal Farm' books in the 19th century.

When we look at the developments towards the present in the context of Jerusalem, similar to the political satire in Dante's Divine Comedy, it is seen that the past of the relations between Israel and the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) is full of unenforced agreements. Following the recognition of Israel and the PLO and the negotiations held in Oslo, Norway, the Oslo Agreement was signed in Washington, under the supervision of President Bill Clinton, in the White House garden. Although the Oslo Agreement and its articles, signed with the initiative of the USA in 1993, come to the fore, Israel is one of the parties that paved the way for this agreement or in the fields of politics, economy or security; The Oslo negotiation process, which started in 1993, Failure to comply with the agreements signed before the agreement led the parties to the disagreement to sign other agreements. After the Oslo process, the fundamentalist Israeli attacks continued. On September 13, 1993, the "Israeli-Palestinian Declaration of Principles" was proclaimed by the Palestinians under the auspices of Mahmoud Abbas, by the Israeli Foreign Minister Shimon Peres, as well as Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin, President Bill Clinton and PLO Leader Yasser Arafat. It is the project of "Let's make it happen". Five months after this agreement, 29 people were martyred when an Israeli citizen opened fire on those who were performing Friday prayers at the Ibrahim Mosque in Hebron on February 25, 1994. Thereupon, protecting the Palestinians, or rather, the Palestinian people. A mission, which is a micro-example of the international peacekeeping force, called the International Temporary Presence (TIPH), was established with the UN Security Council resolution 904, which convened in order to provide a sense of security. Similarly, the re-establishment of a peacekeeping force under the auspices of the UN is of vital importance today.

Israel's evacuation process of Hebron with Palestine was interrupted by the tunnel incident in 1996, and with the intervention of the US-Palestinian special representative, Dennis Ross, reunited, Israel decided to leave Hebron, which it had previously occupied. A protocol signed by Netanyahu and Arafat on January 17, 1997, which promised to withdraw from eighty percent of the city and some parts of the West Bank, was signed by Netanyahu and Arafat. .

Another question is the assumption that the 'Haram-i-Sharif' area is under the administration of the hypothetical Palestinian State. Indeed, the 'Harem-i Şerif' region, which has an area of 144 decares and houses many historical and sacred structures, the number of which has reached two hundred, is managed by the Mescit-i Aksa Complex. The administration here does not belong to the State of Palestine, but to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The Masjid al-Aqsa Mosque is under the auspices of the Jerusalem Islamic Foundations Administration, which is affiliated to the Jordanian Ministry of Waqfs, Islamic Affairs and Holiness, in accordance with the "Vadi Arabe Peace Agreement" between Israel and Jordan on October 26, 1994. Jordan also added the Al-Bakura and Al-Gamr lands it leased to Israel with this treaty, 25 years later, on November 24, 2019. (7) With this treaty signed under the auspices of US President Bill Clinton, while guaranteeing security on Israel's longest border, it gave Jordan the right to control the religious sites belonging to Muslims in East Jerusalem and to inspect religious affairs.

According to this treaty, Jews cannot visit the "Harem-i Sharif" area, even if they are tourists. However, since 2003, without the permission of the Administration, Jews have been entering the holy temple with the unilateral decision of Israel, accompanied by police. Describing these entrances as raids, the Islamic Foundations Administration of Jerusalem constantly emphasizes that the sovereignty of Muslims is violated.

Making a statement to one of the Turkish TV channels, the Chairman of the HAMAS Political Bureau, in other words, the Leader of the Palestinian Ruling Party, summarized what will be done both in the short term and in the medium and long term, with the flexibility of a political Party Leader, by giving a planning guide.

Operation "Jerusalem Sword", coordinated by the Head of HAMAS Political Bureau İsmail Haniyye, resulted in victory both on the field and in the political arena, and the Palestinian People's Resistance wrote a heroic epic. The whole world saw and accepted the courage and will of the people of Gaza, and finally Israel accepted it. Israel has made the ceasefire agreement not only with HAMAS, but also with all Palestinian resistance organizations. "This victory was won at the expense of the death of 248 Palestinians, 66 of whom were children and 39 of them women, in Gaza due to the attacks carried out by the Israeli army. It is certain that during this operation, not only resistance was satisfied, but thousands of rocket attacks were carried out on Israeli lands. His self-confidence, which he had built with the Iron Dome, was shattered, his security legend was destroyed and he even terrorized the cities within its borders. In other words, the operation that he built on deterrence had the opposite effect. While HAMAS was trying to launch a counter operation against Israel with fish-man and attack tunnels in 2004, long-range rockets were activated in the last operation. Even this has been a deterrent in itself.

The decision of the UN Human Rights Council (HRC) to establish an independent international commission to investigate Israel's violations, which was accepted at the Palestine Special Session, has become a real success. There is also the fog of national, ethnic, racial or religious identity that an Israeli Apertheid regime imposes on Palestinians. The reasons for the ongoing tensions, instability and conflicts, including thematic discrimination and oppression, are written in the memory of the world public opinion.

In addition to the meeting of the Arab League before the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, it was important that the decision to support the Palestinian people and to support the Palestinian people in all channels, and that this was taken quickly, at this meeting. In addition, in this meeting, it was emphasized again that Jerusalem is the eternal capital of Palestine.

After all this, I can say that the very negative results of the Oslo talks 27 years ago for the final solution of the Palestinian problem have been seen in time. In the context of both 1948 and 1967 borders, how far Israel has moved away from the two-state solution has been tested during this period. Because, like an Apertheid Regime, Israel has continuously ignored the property rights of the Palestinian people throughout the period until today, always with new settlements and with the embargo it has imposed, it has caused the 7 million Palestinian people to be displaced from their lands, with pressure and attacks, dear readers.
