There is a letter from Afghanistan

Afghanistan, where Persian, Macedonian, (Akhun), Turkish Abbasi, (Ghaznavid) Turk, (Cengiz) Mongolian and (Timur) Turkish states flourished, is a land of war.

Afghanistan, where Persian, Macedonian, (Akhun), Turkish Abbasi, (Ghaznavid) Turk, (Cengiz) Mongolian and (Timur) Turkish states flourished, is a land of war. The three greatest powers of the last hundred and fifty years, the British, Soviet Russia and America, could not stay here. A real land of Pyrrhic victories. He fought his bloodiest battles within himself in the form of Clan balances. He is getting poorer. It ends in conflict. There is no mineral in the periodic table that is not found in the country. On the other hand, it is the representative of patience for suffering and lack of existence. And no one can stop this situation.
Although Turkey and Afghanistan have different levels of development, they show similar characteristics with their historical and cultural structures. Especially at the beginning of the 20th century, M. Kemal Atatürk in Turkey, Shah Reza Pahlavi in Iran and Emanullah Khan in Afghanistan wanted to build a similar society. Simultaneously, state structures were roughly intended to be transformed into secular, nation-states and witnessed a modernization move. During these periods and in the later stages, each of which reached different regimes, the central government preference of the state is the most prominent feature. Because revolutions and reforms need to reach the farthest corners of the country. The second coming of the Taliban administration has opened a new and challenging page in Afghanistan. Even if the central authority is dominant, the people's hundred years of suffering continues.
My first ties with Afghanistan were formed at the end of 2012. I had just completed senior executive training at Harvard KSG and had just returned to the country. Our Undersecretary Seyfullah Bey said pay the zakat of "Harvard". You will go to Afghanistan. Honestly, as I thought it was a standard excursion activity, I wanted to waive my rights and have another friend go on this trip. But when I said Afghanistan, I changed my mind. Because my ancestors came from Samarkand and Bukhara, just north of the northern Afghanistan (South Turkistan) region I was going to, fleeing the Mongol persecution 800 years ago. I was going to run the training program of senior executives there. I perceived this as a historical task.
Regime change in Afghanistan scared people at first. Many people I have trained in senior management have called me repeatedly. Although I told him to retire, many people asked for help. Managers waiting to come to Turkey with their family in Kabul, senior military and civil servants who could not come and bring their families asked for help to bring their families to Turkey. Unfortunately I couldn't help. I am said. I'm just sad.
I remember when I set out idealistically for a democratic Afghanistan. I remember being surprised by the simultaneous Turkey's security-oriented policies, for example, the Ministry of Interior being surrounded by giant blocks for security. Oh, Turkey should not look like Afghanistan, I remember my concerns.
Fears, which peaked with the coming to power of the Taliban administration, softened in the following days due to the lack of the expected climate of oppression. Embarrassed that I can't even reply to many letters, I asked for this latest letter to be published here.
A handful of young people who have been educated in Turkey and in countries with high education levels have sent me an open letter. At the very least, I have a conscientious duty to publish these letters and share them with our readers. I hope the Taliban will give the key of the Kaaba to Osman from Samarkand, who is qualified and qualified. This does not bring unqualified people to work by ignoring educated youth.
The region's need for humanitarian aid is indescribable.
I also consider it a humanitarian duty to publish this letter. Without even touching the dot:

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
“Dear Elder, First of all, I greet you and your team from Afghanistan, which the world forgot, with respect, love and respect on behalf of myself and Omid Watan (Homeland Hope) Social and Solidarity Association.
As you know, friendly relations between Afghanistan and Turkey have been going on for years. It would be correct to evaluate this friendship, the foundation of which was laid during the reign of Abdulhamid II, strengthened by the sincere efforts of the Great Leader Gazi Mustafa Kemal ATATÜRK and Gazi Amanullah Han, and continued increasingly in the following periods, as the "friendship of bad days".
The lands of Afghanistan, which occupy the world's agenda with poverty, war and turmoil today, actually have a deep background as a geography where the most powerful civilizations of ancient history were established. When the recent history and today are examined carefully, the only state on which the people of Afghanistan are allied and have unlimited interaction has been the Republic of Turkey. Undoubtedly, one of the main reasons for this is that most of today's Afghanistan lands are the historical lands of the Turkish Nation, namely Turkistan. Gokturks, Ghaznavids, Great Seljuks, Emir Timur State, Harzemshahs, Mughals etc. The establishment of many Muslim Turkish states is in this geography and the peoples living in the region are cognate and relative communities.
Just as the people of Afghanistan sided with the Turkish Nation in the War of Independence, the Republic of Turkey has always stood by Afghanistan, in its worst and most troubled days. He didn't even leave her alone. Especially in the last 20 years, the most obvious example of this is the permanent aid and investments made through institutions such as TIKA, Yunus Emre, YTB, Diyanet and Maarif Foundations, or through the Turkish Mehmetçik serving within the scope of associations such as İSAF. Many Afghan youths, who received education under the Türkiye Scholarships, worked in different levels of the Afghan state and contributed greatly to the further development and strengthening of the deep and friendly ties between the two countries.
The situation Afghanistan is in today is not compatible with its historical depth and capacity. Afghanistan, which suffered the deepest costs of wars, remained far from what it should have been. The landscape of Afghanistan in the last twenty years, in which the state capacity has not been formed, the crime groups have risen and the state facilities have been abused, seems quite painful.
The main problem of the Taliban government, which regained political power, seems to be in the economic field, especially due to the unsuccessful administration of the pro-US government and the money they took with them. While the country, where the production areas are very limited, has not been self-sufficient for many years, our people have been in a deep trauma due to the latest political process and conflicts.
The deplorable state of our country was very difficult just before the winter, and it is very difficult for the Taliban, who came back to power after 20 years, to find a solution in the short term. It is possible for this traumatic process to turn into a great human slaughter if the necessary steps are not taken in time with the arrival of winter. What can a people do, whose ability to produce on their own is completely reset under the influence of wars? The whole world quickly; should resolve the humanitarian trauma experienced in this country and support the people of Afghanistan who have been in war and despair for years. The tendency of the people to migrate, violence and narcotic production as a result of compulsions is beyond a situation that only the people of Afghanistan will face, and is an important problem of the whole world and especially of the Turkish and Muslim peoples.
According to the new data of the United Nations, 20 million of the 34 million population are in urgent need of humanitarian aid. 14 million of this twenty million people in need are women and children. The poverty rate approaching 80%, on the other hand, refers to a population that is far from meeting their basic needs. In addition, due to the impact of the crisis stemming from internal conflicts and the primitive agricultural culture, agricultural activities could not be realized and a large-scale seed crisis is experienced in the country. This situation, which has emerged with the effect of the global climate and agricultural crisis, is a harbinger of a heavy end in Afghanistan. Nevertheless, it is a fact that there is no social political system and social assistance mechanism in the country, which unfortunately does not have state and government power.
As a result, in this geography where endless wars have been experienced for a century, an aid program should be started immediately to the people of Afghanistan by going beyond discussing the nature of the Taliban. This process is primarily a debt to Muslim peoples and Turkish states.
In addition, very important studies have been carried out in Afghanistan within the scope of Türkiye Scholarships carried out by YTB (Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities). Hundreds of students graduated and took great steps to consolidate the ties between the two countries. In the process of Afghanistan's resurgence, Turkish graduates should be seen as a great opportunity and should be reminded to the Afghan government at every opportunity. In addition, Turkey graduates should be evaluated in projects and programs to be carried out between Turkey and Afghanistan.
(Homeland Hope Social and Solidarity Association) About Us:
We, as a group of young people who completed their undergraduate, graduate and doctorate education in different countries of the world, especially in Turkey, after the Afghanistan administration passed under the control of the Taliban on August 15, 2021, and gave their years in the public and private sectors, came together with the culture of tolerance and reconciliation and did what we could do. We are the sons of this Saint Nation, which has set out to be with our people as much as possible.
In this holy walk we took, we have efforts to be a man of service, to be in constant solidarity, to share all kinds of knowledge and experience, and to work hard in the imagination of a common future. Being aware of our values of existence that have penetrated into the depths of the lands we live in, strengthening our moral stance in all areas of life, we know that service to the public is service to God and we accept it as a reference.
When we look at the history of the world and humanity from a fair window, there is no doubt that; Governments and systems that are not built on rights and justice will sooner or later collapse and are doomed to collapse.
The regime change in our country has led to the end of internal conflicts and hot wars that have been going on for years and take our lives every day. However, this time, we are deeply saddened by the fact that our country, which is followed closely by the whole world, faces the test of hunger and poverty.
with the leading universities of the Republic of Turkey Based on the hadith, "He who sleeps full when his neighbor is hungry, he is not one of us.", we want to be a balm to the wounds of our people in these difficult days, instead of spectating what is happening. In this context, we need the help of you and our elders in order to serve better. We respectfully request/request from you, our esteemed elders, to take necessary action to convey our support and message to other relevant institutions and organizations.
Note: Holding and removing Afghanistan is an absolute requirement of the historical Islamic Union discourse.”
With Respect and Respect
