Will our forests and lungs burn this year too?

The only thing they didn't sell was air, I think they will soon sell air for money. It seems that we will only be able to pay money and breathe clean air.

Almost everything is for sale now. For now, the only air we breathe is free. But it is also very polluted.

Although oxygen is already being sold for money in cylinders. But that's not exactly air. Oxygen cylinders are mostly used for medical purposes, in the sea for diving, or in industry, although I don't know if it's exactly clean. 

Naturally, this kind of oxygen is sold for money.

You know how we say let's get some oxygen, to go out and walk around, that oxygen is free for now.

I said the air is free for now, but of course, where you get that oxygen has also become very important.

If you want to go to the beach, for example, if you want to get some sea air, you can't find free sea air everywhere.

They have parceled out all the beaches, you can't enter anywhere without paying for it!

It is not possible to enter some beaches even if you pay.

The cities are really polluted.

If you want fresh air, you can only go to the mountains, slopes or the countryside to find some fresh air.

Indeed, the news is saying that America can't breathe these days because of the forest fires in Canada, New York is under smoke.

In Canada, there are forest fires in 413 places, not one, not three, not five. There were forest fires in 413 places!

Does this make sense to you? 

What did they do to burn down all those forests?

Of course they blame it on global warming. Global warming is to blame for the fires.

When I was in Norilsk, they were talking about the fact that Canada had taken Norilsk-Nikel, the general master of wisdom, to international court because the flue smoke from the huge old-tech mining plants (especially the copper and nickel plants) was going all the way to Canada through the Arctic.

Many years ago, Moscow was also covered in smog, so I know what it's like when a city is smothered in smog. 

I didn't suffer much from that air pollution myself, I had gone to Kazakhstan for work at that time.

But the wife and children had a hard time in Moscow. 

Fortunately, the smog didn't reach the Dacha side too much, so they didn't have that much difficulty. But there was still a lot of smoke around Dacha. (The air in Dacha is actually quite clean as it is located in a forest about 90 kilometers from Moscow)

The cause of the smoke in Moscow at that time was not a forest fire.

It had been really hot that summer, and the peat layer that covered the surface of the forest was burning from the inside. 

The news was reporting that smoke was literally coming out of the ground. The extremely hot weather did not ignite the trees in the forest, but burned the peat layer on the ground from the inside, causing a tremendous amount of smoke. 

And all this smoke literally collapsed on Moscow.

Global warming has become a big problem, and it is going to get much worse in the near future.

We have a lot of forest fires every year.

This year I hope they have made enough preparations, I don't know if they have bought new firefighting planes. 

But there are a lot of measures that need to be taken, from changing the tree structure in the region to prevent forest fires like in previous years.
