Reflections on US Mistakes
'The price of greatness is responsibility'. How beautifully Churchill's quote describes the situation of the United States today.
You know Winston Churchill, the Minister of Maritime Affairs of Great Britain, the "Land on which the Sun Never Sets", who hit the mines laid by the Nusret minelayer in the Dardanelles War and was unable to cross the Turkish Strait. Interestingly, he came to this position from the "Ministry of India and Colonies". Churchill, who was also a great philosopher, is known to have shed light on the lives of many people with his unforgettable and special words throughout his life. However, for some reason, this characteristic of Churchill's is not often brought up, but only occasionally remembered.
Winston Churchill, who was twice elected Prime Minister of Great Britain, played the biggest role in the defeat of Nazi Germany in World War II. Churchill, who is among the most talked about leaders with his decisions and discourses throughout his life, has written his name in golden letters in history. Churchill, who was also the famous Prime Minister of the Second World War, was an inspiring statesman as well as an exemplary leader for many people. Look at the beauty of this quote, 'The price of greatness is responsibility'.
This is the best way to describe the situation of the United States today. In those years, he laid down the main parameters of the US's post-Cold War rise to the position of a mega-power: greatness and the ability to take responsibility. Indeed, to be great, to be the focal point of the New World Order, requires great responsibility. The United States has taken on the "Annuit Coetis" on a US dollar, which is the New World Order or the US national defense document, but has unfortunately failed in its ability to take responsibility.
An "Annuit Coetis" on a US dollar, meaning "Completion of the Unfinished", is one of the symbols of the Great American National Seal. On the other hand, it is also ethereal, as it means "God Supports the Beginning". That is why the US Dollar also bears the inscription "In God We Trust". "Worldliness and otherworldliness" is a characteristic feature of the US citizen. However, the Ottoman Empire, which established the Ottoman Peace (Pax Ottomana), the "New World Order", the "Nizam-ı Alem" after the Pax Romana, made this laconic expression a state tradition in a meaningful way. The fact that the Ottoman Sultans would march from Babüssaade to Hagia Sophia or the Blue Mosque where they would pray, especially on Laylat al-Qadr nights, the palace elders lined up on both sides of the road illuminated by various lamps, lanterns and torches, would chant "Don't be proud, my sultan, there is God greater than you" in unison as the Sultan passed by is an aphoristic expression of this view. (1)
It is a masterpiece that expresses the necessity of fearing Allah and carrying the responsibility of the human world with great humility, far from arrogance, in humility and greatness. After the prayer, the sultan would return to the palace with the same procession of "Don't be proud, my sultan, Allah is greater than you". In a sense, this is considered to have an impact on the accuracy of the decisions of the Ottoman Sultans, especially in the period of ascension, in every departure and arrival from the earthly world to the otherworldly world.
One of Winston Churchill's aphoristic statements about the United States is the one he uttered after Japan's attack on Pearl Harbor. "The United States can be trusted to do the right thing when it has exhausted all options." In other words, the US can be trusted to get it right by getting it wrong. That does not mean it will always get it right. This is how the British Prime Minister described America's delayed entry into the Second World War after Japan's attack on Pearl Harbor made inaction impossible.
One of the reasons I give this example is the reticence, almost helplessness, of the current Biden administration's Middle East policy towards Israel. This situation has become such that it has eroded the deterrence posture of the United States as a mega-power, and is now almost zero. Israel has been a strong supporter of the US since its inception and is one of its main non-NATO allies in the Middle East. It is an undeniable fact that Israel is a strategic ally for the US and that US-Israeli relations have strengthened the US presence in the Middle East. However, this situation has now turned into a question phrase, the answer to which is being asked.
What is that question? Does Israel rule the US or does the US rule Israel? The likelihood that the correct answer is option "a" has gradually increased during the HAMAS-Israel War, and the truth about this issue has come to light as the genie is out of the bottle. Until today, everyone thought that Israel was an American stronghold, but after the recent concessions made by the US to Israel, it is clear that the opposite is true. On the other hand, even Iran, which has increased its attacks against the US presence in Syria, Jordan and Iraq, has recently begun to speak out. So much so that on Friday, February 2, 2024, in a public speech before members of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps, Iranian President Ibrahim Reisi made it clear that the Islamic Republic is advancing towards its goals in the Middle East and that America is in no position to stop it. (2)
In comments carried by the official FARS news agency, Reisi said;
"The enemy (the US) cannot take any action against us because it knows that our forces are strong and capable," he said. "Before, they (the US) were talking about threats and military options being on the table. But now there are no such talks and they say they have no intention of confronting the Islamic Republic. This is a difficult process. It is important to remember that it is the strength of our people and our armed forces that creates deterrence."
As can be seen, Reisi's message is very clear: "In Tehran's view, as always, the Islamic Republic of Iran is winning, while America is lagging behind in creating influence in the region." In other words, the power of the United States, even in relation to Israel, is clearly not enough to soften Iran's regional policies. Eight months before the elections, the US is unlikely to go any further. A growing number of US Congressmen have begun to recommend that the US military strike strategic targets inside Iran in order to send a message to Iran's 'Ahund Administration' that its regional activism has come at a high cost. But this brings with it the kind of tension that the White House is desperately trying to avoid. Administration officials, including President Biden himself, have shown that they do not want a war with Iran, and that they are determined, despite all the pressure from Israel, not to extend hot confrontation onto the Iranian mainland. Because in their actions so far, they have made countless mistakes and a series of blunders, undoubtedly fueled by Israel.
By the way, it should not be forgotten. "Si vis pacem, para bellum", which means "If you want peace, prepare for war", is the motto inherited from the Pax-Romana Roman Empire. As is well known, it is necessary to prepare for war in order not to be eaten by the world of exploitation and the Three Cards game of Zionism, the current reflection of the US-Israeli partnership of brutality and horror. Believe me, there is no other way for the countries of the region. Those who ignore this situation have a doubtful chance of survival in the region. It should not be forgotten that Zionism alone has always targeted Islam, which has always kept the right supreme throughout history. The creed of Zionism clearly reveals this. In both the Torah and the Kabbalah, Israel is the superior race, I-Israel is the master of the world and the rest of the world will be their slaves. The other races were created as monkeys and later transformed into human beings. Because other people were created to be servants of Israel. The ultimate goal is Zionism's world domination. Humanity must and must change this credo, dear readers.
