What Does Pashinyan Want to Do? What does Mitsotakis expect from his planned visit to Ankara on 13 May?

Addressing Armenians, Pashinyan said, ‘Do not seek a lost homeland’. Not only that, he also advised Armenians to ‘give up the habit of defining the borders of Armenia outside the current borders of Armenia as their homeland’.

Former journalist and editor Nikol Vovayi Pashinyan, who has been the Prime Minister of Armenia since 8 May 2018, even after the Azerbaijan War, seems to find the right path if he is left on his own, no one should doubt this. I am telling you frankly that his approach will save Armenia from being isolated, constricted and bored. Making peace with Turkey and Azerbaijan and making peace permanent is the guarantee of its permanence. If only he had begun to understand. While saying this, who will save him from the colonialist hand of French President Emmanuel Macron, who is famous for stirring up every country and every geography he enters? Underlying this is an implicit psychoanalyst case. Why? Because the French Armed Forces, which went all the way to the front of Moscow, could not recover from the defeat in the Second World War. On the one hand, ‘Little Napoleon’ Macron, who governs the country with decrees with the force of law, and on the other hand, the ‘French Armed Forces’, which could not prove its maturity after the Second World War. For this reason, France's Paris-centred foreign policy, strategy and tools are incompatible and therefore cannot find a response in the field, which is why it cannot find any support in the EU in continental Europe. Brussels and Berlin-centred policies always prevail. But the worst thing is France's bloody colonial record in Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco, Senegal, Gabon and Nigeria in Africa. (1)

Almost everyone knows that France, which acts just like the Greek politicians, but is one of the five permanent members of the UN Security Council, is not only showing itself in the South Caucasus against RF, but also showing its full solidarity with Greece and Southern Cyprus on almost every occasion. In a sense, it is a ‘diplomatic infectious agent’, constantly scratching at weaknesses. It is like today's popular profession ‘Influencer’. ‘France creates problems in almost every geography it enters, even if there are no problems, and pioneers them. It prolongs and maintains the solution process as much as possible in order to prevent the problem from being solved. And it benefits from this to the fullest, of course in economic terms. There is a beautiful Azerbaijani proverb on this subject, ‘Drawing blood from where it does not itch’, which describes this very thing. This is exactly what France is doing.

You will recall that Macron, while calling on the Turkish administration to put an end to its activities in the Eastern Mediterranean region, said: ‘We stand in full solidarity with Cyprus and support its sovereignty. Turkey must put an end to its illegal activities in Cyprus' exclusive economic zone. The European Union does not intend to show weakness on this issue’.  Do you remember? The fact that Greek Prime Minister Kiryakos Mitsotakis will meet with President Erdoğan in Ankara on 13 May 2024 as a return of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's historic visit to Athens in December inevitably reminds all this. In those troubled days, let us also note the following. The Republic of Turkey, which followed the developments step by step, showed great determination and prudence and attended the ‘MED 7’ conference held in Malta on 14 June 2019 with the participation of France, Italy, Spain, Malta, Portugal, Greece and the Greek Administration of Southern Cyprus (GASC). He rejected the statements on the Aegean, Eastern Mediterranean and Cyprus issues in the joint declaration adopted at the end of the VI Summit, which were biased, detached from reality and contrary to international law. (2) It is a great reflex of resistance.

Yes, dear readers, Pashinyan's words in his written statement on 24 April 2024, the day of the so-called Armenian Genocide, have been extremely important as the parameters of coexistence. Going beyond his journalist identity, Pashinyan's advice as a sage, even as an elder, was seen as angular enough to shape the future. His words were undoubtedly different from his previous discourses. What did he say: Addressing Armenians, he said, ‘Do not seek a lost homeland’. Not only that, he also advised Armenians to ‘give up your habit of defining a homeland outside the current borders of Armenia!’ (2) Isn't this exactly what is needed to ensure peace? However, let us not forget that Pashinyan, even though he calls it ‘the Great Catastrophe’ (Metz Yegern), has not been able to give up the ‘genocide lie’. Has the great US President Biden given up? Didn't he say ‘Armenian Genocide’ again on 24 April 2024, at a time when he was helping the atrocities of the horror and brutality partnership with Israel, which continues uninterruptedly in the Gaza Strip?  Of course, there is not much to say to those who assume that imperialist lies are the truth.

With the return visit of Kiryakos Mitsotakis on 13 May 2024, I think it is useful to remember the following issues. Firstly, since the Treaty of Küçük Kaynarca of 1774, the starting point of the Eastern Question, which means the partition of the Ottoman Empire, the Ottoman Empire has always been tried to be encircled, and it has always been tried to be encircled by means of artificial nation states created from its former citizens, and maximum effort has been made in this regard. For example, Greece is such a state, Armenia, which has been imposed on us since Sevres, and Kurdistan, which the US is trying to establish today, is also such a state. Another important observation of Pashinyan was his statement that ‘there are many more PKK members residing in EU countries than there are in Syria and Iraq’. The aim is to prevent the ‘Central Commonwealth Countries’ that Turkey will lead with its strong central state position and to cut its connection with the outside world.

24 April 1830 is the independence day of Greece, 85 years later the same 24 April 1915 was accepted as the so-called Armenian Genocide Day. The Greek Patriarchate of Fener and the Greeks of Fener have always played an active role in the establishment of Greece. Their Megali Idea is the ‘Pax Bizantium’ of the past. Their aim has never been to revive ‘Old Greece’, which was nothing but piles of stones at the foot of the Acropolis at the beginning of the XIXth century. Their goal and aim was an ‘Orthodox Eastern Empire’ under Russian guidance with Istanbul as its capital. Today, the reason for the storm in Greece over the opening of Hagia Sophia and the Kariye Mosque for worship is that the influence of the rebel Greek Fenerli tradition continues to this day. All they care about is Istanbul and they cannot digest the conquest of Istanbul. Let us not forget that on 6 March 1821, the Greek Phoenician ‘Aleksandros Ipsilantis’, whom the Russian Tsar Alexander I called ‘the brave boy’, raised the flag of rebellion not in the Peloponnese, but in ‘Buğdan’, which today is within the borders of Romania and Moldova.  The issue is also very simple. In 1805, he wanted to avenge his father, ‘Constantine Ipsilantis’, who had been deposed by the Ottoman Empire.

Expansionism did not refrain from showering arms and ammunition to thousands of Greek and Armenian terrorists who volunteered to support them in the Ottoman territories in the Peloponnese, Salonika, Kosovo, the Balkans, Bulgaria, Georgia, Dagestan and Yerevan.  It was like this in the past and it is like this now. Just like the tens of thousands of trucks of arms, vehicles, equipment and ammunition sent by the imperialist USA to the PKK today. In short, the terrorists recruited by Great Britain, the United States, France and Russia, especially the Land of the Never-Setting Sun, have turned into the black army of imperialism, and by giving them freedom of action, the bloody slaughterhouses have wiped out the Ottoman nationals. For this reason, Prof. Dr Stanford Shaw, who was originally a Jew and with whom we worked together at Bilkent University, may he rest in peace, used to use the term ‘Ottoman Holocaust’ for this situation. Although he knew that the term Holocaust only symbolised the ‘Jewish Genocide’, he used to describe it in this way.

On 13 May 2024, Kiryakos Mitsotakis, who will pay a return visit to Ankara, is playing a typical Israeli role, relying primarily on the Greek lobby in the USA. Prime Minister Pashinyan of Armenia, another artificial nation-state, is also heavily reliant on the Armenian lobby in France and the USA. As a matter of fact, in terms of their attitudes and behaviours, they are both on the same path. One noisily and the other implicitly fulfils the role assigned to him. However, no matter what they do, they act with the awareness that the United States will take care of them in the Pax Amarikano phase, just as the United Kingdom took care of them from their foundation until and after the First World War. For this reason, Greek Prime Minister Kiryakos Mitsotakis, with his conspiratorial behaviour, has also engraved many diplomatic attacks in the memories of Turkish people. Mitsotakis and Greek Cypriot Administration leader Nikos Anastasiadis have jointly determined the tactics they will follow on the basis of a two-state solution in Cyprus and their hostility towards Turkey and their conspiratorial behaviour. Do I need to mention that Mitsotakis is in deep talks and co-operation with Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu?

After coming to power in Greece in 1928, Prime Minister Venizelos, a civil servant of the Ottoman Empire, made friendly attempts to establish Turkish-Greek friendship by pretending to temporarily abandon the expansionist foreign policy he pursued against Turkey in order to realise the Megali Idea. The first of these initiatives was the covert Greek national airspace conspiracy. It is worth mentioning in advance. This behaviour is part of the typical slippery Greek national character. It is obvious, dear readers, that the attempts of Mitsotakis and Dandias against Turkey are not and will not be any different from a subtle conspiracy.
