What would it be like if we as a nation elected ministers for each ministry?

If those who want to be MPs, those who want to be ministers, those who want to be prime ministers and those who want to be presidents make their preferences in advance and enter the elections accordingly, if the people vote for those they want to elect as MPs, those they want to elect as ministers, those they want to see as prime ministers and presidents accordingly, and when the results are announced, there will no longer be the problem of you were appointed and I was elected.

When we took the university exams, there was a system like this. Before the exam, we would make a list of which universities and which departments of those universities we wanted to go to, and according to the score we got from the exam, the system itself would determine which of the departments we wrote on the list we won.

Nowadays, young people can first take the exam and then choose the departments according to their scores.

I don't know, was there some kind of cheating in student placements back then too? But no one spoke out. Everyone went and studied in the department they could win.

Couldn't we apply this system in the elections for politicians who are candidates for the governance of the country?

If those who want to be MPs, those who want to be ministers, those who want to be prime ministers and those who want to be presidents make their preferences in advance and enter the elections accordingly, if the people vote for those they want to elect as MPs, those they want to elect as ministers, those they want to see as prime ministers and presidents accordingly, and when the results are announced, there will no longer be the problem of you were appointed and I was elected.

There would be no party problems. Since the people will choose whoever they want to appoint, no one will be able to raise a voice until the next election.

How's the idea?

It will be clear from the beginning, and the nation will choose a minister according to the subject they are confident in. By saying, "Let's see, you can do this job," the ministerial appointment will be prevented.

The nation is not going to make someone who is not an environmental engineer the minister of environment, so I think the problem of merit will be solved.

Imagine, the president from one party, the prime minister from another, the economy minister from another, the family minister completely independent.

Can't they work in harmony?

I think they will have to work in harmony. After all, this is what the nation has decided, I don't think anyone will have anything to say anymore.

Everyone will know their duty, they will not interfere in the work of another ministry, they will only try to do the best in their own field. As a result, maybe he will seek the same ministry again in the next election. Maybe he will be such a good minister that in the next elections the nation will find the prime minister's office suitable for him. Maybe he will become the president.

In such a system, how will they win the favor of the nation before the elections? What will they say at the rallies? Will they say I will be a good technology minister?

O people, elect me as your deputy and I will represent you well?

In other words, entering the elections as a party has a chance to make a promise to the nation in terms of the party's management style collectively. What kind of promises can they make as individuals?

Elect me as an MP, I will make good laws!

After all, those elected as MPs will only make laws! Absolute separation of powers!

Then you have to spend money in one way or another. You have to advertise it. So if you have money, you can participate in these elections, and this seems to be one of the main problems for a fair election.

Maybe the state could offer certain opportunities to everyone who runs! I don't know, give them a chance to present themselves on state television for a certain period of time.

But in any case, those in power will probably have the advantage. After all, the state television will be under their control!

But if they do something unfair, the nation will not give the unfair ones a mandate in the next election! So it seems to me that they won't have a chance to do injustice to the new candidates.

What if there are those who deceive the people? I mean, he seems like a good minister before the elections, but he changes once he gets power! It is human psychology after all. One's character can change when in power.

In this case, I guess the separation of powers will come into play. The judiciary will also be independent in this scenario. The judiciary will always fulfill its duty of supervision if anyone makes nonsense!

I don't know, can such a system be possible? Full democracy, no one has any tutelage, everyone takes their duty from the nation. If the nation makes a mistake, it will have to bear it. They will say "I did it myself, I found it myself" and will make a better choice in the next elections!

I think we need to think a little more about such a system, we need to weigh the possible failures and problems that may arise more deeply.

Maybe there are some people in universities who think about such issues. An idea is an idea, this may be a good research topic for those who are experts, those who study at the doctoral level in universities.

When I saw the uproar in the parliament over the appointed elected, for some reason I thought of something like this, and I wanted to share what I thought in words.

Love and respect to everyone from Moscow.
