BAKFED's Demand for the Appointment of a Minister from the Western Black Sea Region Met

According to cumulative indicators, the Western Black Sea is the most backward region in Turkey. Even though it is geographically more beautiful than the Alps of Europe. Moreover, this "base of Turkmens" has been the "backbone" of both the Çanakkale Victory and the War of Independence, even though it has not been occupied for thousands of years. This geography had a demand. Every demand begets supply. As a matter of fact, it did. The Western Black Sea Region is represented in the recently announced cabinet with two ministers.

BAKFED'S REQUEST FOR MINISTERS FROM WESTERN BLACK SEA WAS MET

The Western Black Sea is undoubtedly the most backward region in Turkey according to cumulative indicators.

Even though it is geographically more beautiful than the Alps of Europe.

Moreover, this "base of Turkmens" has been the "backbone" of both the Çanakkale Victory and the War of Independence, even though it has not been occupied for thousands of years.

There is a rising and enormous demand from the people of the region to break out of its shell, to transform the geography from "sorrow" to destiny in the sense of "good fortune".

Every demand begets supply.

As a matter of fact, this is what happened.

The region will be represented in the cabinet with two ministers.

TWO MINISTERS FOR THE WESTERN BLACK SEA

In my previous article, it was emphasized that the Western regions are not sufficiently represented in the top positions in politics, for example, there has not been a Prime Minister or President who is a native of the Western Black Sea region, and millions of Western Black Black Sea residents in metropolitan cities such as Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir are not adequately represented. It was predicted that ministers were not distributed equally by region and that this promise, if made, could determine the course of the election.

It even justified the idea that "what matters is competence and merit, it doesn't matter where the officials who serve this people are from", but it was also stated that "many provinces rightly express that this situation does not ensure the (regional) equality envisaged by the Constitution".

Sociologists read it well.

The future planners agreed.

Mr. President appreciated it. The President appreciated it well.

Two ministers from the Western Black Sea region were appointed to the Council of Ministers on June 3, 2023:

JUSTICE and AGRICULTURE: TWO BASIC SOURCES OF LIFE

Regionally, the ministries of tourism and development could bring important services to the Western Black Sea region, but justice and agriculture are at the forefront of everything.

Justice is the foundation of the state.

Agriculture is the cornerstone of the existence of the individual...

Can the importance of air and water for human beings be debated?

Never...

The importance of justice and agriculture for the state and the individual cannot be disputed.

JUSTICE and AGRICULTURE ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT ISSUES OF OUR COUNTRY

Justice is the foundation of property, and food, along with water, is the foundation of life. It is as necessary as air.

Let's see how we rank in the world.

Turkey Ranks 116th Among 140 Countries in the Rule of Law Index "The main headings taken as criteria for measuring countries' adherence to the rule of law are restriction of government powers, prevention of corruption, transparency in governance, fundamental rights, order and security, administrative sanctions, fair law and criminal justice." (1) The phrase "there are judges in Ankara" should be a household word.

This is because citizens do not have full confidence in justice and complaints that 'justice is either not served or is not done in a timely manner' are ubiquitous. An impartial and independent judicial system and a transparent administration of law are the most important issues. Where the law is strong, investors are attracted. Citizens find peace there.

Developing the rule of law is the foundation of development and national peace. Mr. I sincerely believe that Mr. Yılmaz Tunç will achieve this as a fellow citizen who is both an educator and a lawyer.

Turkey has not been self-sufficient in agriculture for many years.

The official website of the Ministry of Agriculture states that "Turkey ranks first in Europe and 10th in the world in agricultural output." (2)

However, there is a serious price increase in the market, from meat and dairy products to sesame seeds, vegetables and fruits.

Citizens cannot afford basic foods.

Protein sources such as meat, dairy products and fish are still far below the European average per capita.

The areas in which our country is not self-sufficient are listed as "primarily wheat, barley, fodder crops, corn and animal husbandry." (3)

As a matter of fact, experts state that "When we consider self-sufficiency as access to and affordability of food as well as balanced and healthy nutrition in the process of food security, Turkey is far away from that point today" (4).

As a matter of fact, TurkStat's crop production data also support this.

As a matter of fact, "Turkey is the country in Europe where people can eat the least red meat, chicken and fish" (5). Is a grass eater the same as a meat eater? In order to develop the organic agriculture in the Western Black Sea, Mr. İbrahim Yumaklı, a fellow citizen from Azdava, Kastamonu, has been working for the development of clean, high quality and accessible food for the people of Turkey. We know that Mr. İbrahim Yumaklı will provide the people of Turkey with clean, high quality, accessible, non-foreign dependent and cheap food production. Because the people of my ancestral homeland say so.

DISTRIBUTION OF MINISTERS

"Western Black Sea Equal Opportunity Association-BAKFED" is the first geographical equal opportunity association in Turkey. It is also the first non-governmental organization established on the Western Black Sea scale. In this context, it meticulously follows the practice of discrimination and equality in accordance with Article 21 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and Article 10 of the Constitution, which are part of our domestic law. It considers democracy, the rule of law, transparency and accountability as a requirement of civilization and modernity. The perception of equality also brings the same distance to political parties." (6)

THE DISTRIBUTION OF MINISTERS IS AS SHOWN ON THE MAP. Our thoughts on colorless places are not the subject of this article. Let us now celebrate the fact that we have two ministers from the Western Black Sea region. Because honesty and justice are in the DNA of the Western Black Sea region. Hardworking is in its soul.

21.03.2021 KIZILCASU NOWRUZ DECLARATION

This declaration is still fresh, but it is giving good shoots: In order to provide equal opportunities to the region within the WEST BLACK SEA EMERGENCY ACTION PLAN;

1- "Having ministers from the region in the cabinet" has been ensured. The superstructure is complete. Now the infrastructure should be started.

2- "Declaring the entire region as a tourism zone", and,

3- "Western Black Sea Development Plan" is waiting for our Ministers. It is waiting for our Ministers.

The pillar of the Development Plan is to make the flood zone a region of lakes, to establish a high-speed train base, and to declare a tourism zone and to immediately start investments that include an architecture in harmony with nature.
