Should There Be a Two-Term Rule in Municipality?

However, logically, it seems to me that the two-term rule is a rule that should be applied in all elections.

The right to a second term is a second right granted mostly to those who could not show themselves sufficiently in the first opportunity given.

However, I guess it also requires virtue for those who were successful enough in their first term to voluntarily say that's enough after a successful second term.

Yes, Mr. Mansur Yavaş says that he will not be a candidate for the mayor of Ankara's big city after this term. He does not say that he will retire from politics, but he says that this term will be his last presidential term and he asks for votes accordingly and says that he will not be a candidate again.

He says, "I will leave it at the top, I think two terms will be enough, I will teach people Mansur Yavaş municipalism and leave my place to the young people."
