Who has the psychological advantage?

Ataturk called for parliament even during wartime, he may have had difficulties in the decisions of the parliament at the time, common sense forced him from time to time. Maybe he even had to force the parliament to accept some things. Remember the proclamation of the republic, even his closest friends objected, but they were forced to accept the republic. Maybe that's why there are those who object to the republic even today. But even Atatürk did not bring a one-man system to this country. However, I think he could have become a sultan if he wanted to.

They say psychological superiority, I was really curious, what is this psychological superiority, is it useful?

Let's try to understand together.

First of all, I must underline that everyone has the freedom to express their opinion.

I said the other day that there is a spring. Yes, there is a spring flowing and it is very important for many to get a place at the spring.

The one man system was brought to this country after much deliberation. It came despite all the objections.

Atatürk had called for a parliament even during wartime, he may have had difficulties in the decisions of the parliament at the time, common sense forced him from time to time.

Maybe he even had to force the parliament to accept some things. Remember the proclamation of the republic, even his closest friends objected, but they were forced to accept the republic. Maybe that's why there are those who object to the republic even today.

But even Atatürk did not bring a one-man system to this country. However, I think he could have even become a sultan if he wanted to.

Today's people, on the other hand, have done what no one else has been able to do for so many years.

There have been many coups in this country, but even the coup plotters did not dare to establish a one-man system when they had the chance.

After a while, they gave up and handed over the government to the parliament again.

Didn't anyone dream of this before?

Özal for example, don't you think he dreamed of a one-man rule?

Don't you think that a person who can regulate even the American president on his own, wouldn't he think that only I know? Wouldn't he want a one-man system?

But he didn't live long enough.

Maybe if he had lived a little longer, he would have forced the country to change the system.

It doesn't matter who thought what until yesterday, the result is obvious.

Our system of governance is now based on a single man's word that will come out from between his two lips. One man system!

I have the power! What was that cartoon hero, raising his sword and shouting I have the power?

Heman, by the power of the shadows, I have the power!

Now, even though it has become clear to many in the four and a half years that the system has been in operation that this is a wrong system, the system still has a great deal of support from a group of voters who have become supporters.

Actually, maybe not the support of the system, maybe the support of the system is a wrong term.

I think the real support is for the president who is in power right now. Whatever mistake he makes, the nation forgives him.

Especially among the women, there are those who are devoted to him with great love.

This is actually something to respect. It is not possible to make sense of people's personal feelings.

Let me say that this is the heart, it lands on both grass and flowers.

Heart affairs aside, the failures of the system are obvious.

God forbid, if this system is not changed, that is, if it is not changed despite all the efforts of the opposition, it means that after a while someone else who will replace Mr. Erdoğan will have the chance to rule this country with the same power.

I remind those who are currently devoted to Mr. President to think about this situation once again. But who am I to remind them. This is love, they say love blinds the eyes. Even if I remind them, their voters will not be blinded.

But could it be that this situation, leaving aside the parties, might be whetting someone's appetite?

I mean, no matter which party they belong to, could it be that someone is eager to take this power into their own hands?

Maybe, why not!

The system was adopted during the State of Emergency, but in the end, the people changed the system, knowingly or unknowingly, but they changed it. The conditions for returning to a new system are not that easy.

What will happen if the opposition fails to change the system? Won't whoever comes to power then have the same power?

The current president can't, but I can!

For example, is there anyone who thinks like this, even in the opposition?

Why not? I think so! Especially if he is young and promising! And the people want him to lead the country?

I don't mean that this enthusiasm is just a desire to get into power so that I can fill my pockets.

I'm talking about someone who loves his country, who thinks that it can't be done this way, it has to be done that way!

When I am in power, I have the power, right? Then it will be my way, my way, not the other way around!

Isn't it said that where there are many, there is confusion? This is good, there are no many, there is no confusion!

If I have the power, I will eliminate those who object if necessary and I will rule the country the way I know how, the way it should be.

The people elected me! I am the one who was elected, what's wrong with you?

In fact, let alone the idea of eliminating those who object, let them say whatever they want.

I have the power, right? Eventually they will see and stop objecting anyway. I will rule the country as it should be anyway. The objections will stop sooner or later!

I will get the distribution of income right, I will end the cost of living, I will reduce inflation. I will organize the judiciary properly. I will bring prosperity!

Do we need geographical guarantees for judges, I will provide them.

Should the central bank be independent? OK, I'll appoint someone I can trust, someone who knows his job and I won't interfere anymore. Let them do it how they do it.

In fact, if they can't do it, if it's not working, I'll drop by and hold them to account. I will not only hold them accountable but also help them. I ask why you can't do it, what do you want? If I need something, don't I have the power? I will do what is necessary, even if I can't do it myself. As long as the country gets back on track!

They say common sense, okay. I'll establish an institution that will produce common sense, and I'll take their opinions into account. I have the power, right? I can do whatever I want!

Planning? OK, I'll establish the state planning organization again. Let the experts sit and think.

Then isn't the problem in the system? Can the country be governed properly in this system?

So if the system is not the problem, then where is the problem?

Is it the one who is in charge now? Is he incompetent?

Why aren't these things happening?

-Why was inflation low?

-Why did the foreign currency explode?

-Why is the nation starving?

Why does power corrupt as they say? Why do they say absolute power corrupts absolutely?

I really don't know. Maybe it's human nature! It could be that people change when they get power.

Isn't it possible to rule the country like a saint when in power then?

I don't know, maybe it is!

But if we look at the examples, I think power really poisons people. Even the most saintly ones start to talk nonsense after a while for some reason.

***

Shouldn't the one who holds so much power be psychologically superior? Why do they say that psychological superiority was with the opposition and now it is with the government? Isn't it more natural for the one in power, the one who holds such power, to have all kinds of superiority? After all, he can do whatever he wants! Who is stopping him?

But for some reason, even with all that power, sometimes you cannot do what you want. Something gets in the way. The calculation at home doesn't fit the market. You find yourself in some events you can't control.

-External forces!

-They are jealous of us!

-They don't want us to live in this land!

-The interest rate lobby!

-There are deep-rooted families who really rule the world! They don't want it!

-Illuminati!

-Zionist mind!

-aliens!

We have been living in this land for almost a thousand years, but they all still say you don't belong here.

Then there is a voice from every head, you have so much power, but you can't silence anyone. Everyone criticizes!

You bought almost all the newspapers, now they write whatever you want. Still, people read other newspapers, for some reason your newspapers don't have the circulation they used to.

You have also silenced the TV channels, now they only show you. But for some reason people watch other channels, the ratings of your channels have dropped.

You don't understand why people behave like this!

Isn't RTÜK under your control? Fine the channels that favor the opposition and be done with it! Don't you have the power? You can do whatever you want!

Now you have social media. Prepare a law for that too! Prepare the handle too. Don't let anyone say anything on social media. No one has the right to insult anyone! Social media must also be under control!

Aren't these the symptoms of power poisoning?

After a while, I guess human psychology can't stand different voices. Different voices start to sting.

You try to do something with the best of intentions, but there are still objections. If you try to silence them by using your power, you get power poisoning without realizing it.

People want to be appreciated.

Okay, you may be a saint, but it is still human nature, and you naturally get annoyed when there are those who prefer to criticize instead of appreciating!

Psychological superiority!

Psychological superiority is the additional power that comes from being appreciated in the eyes of the public.

No matter what power you have by law, if your actions are not appreciated, psychologically the public will turn against you.

On the contrary, if the public likes you, appreciates you, and you are sure that they will elect you again, psychologically you are relieved and the public influences each other in a positive way. You feel that you have the psychological advantage. You gain confidence in yourself.

So if you have so much power and psychological superiority, why do you worry?

Leave them alone, they want to change the system, let them do it if they can. If you have the upper hand, why bother?

OK, you tried something, you messed up a bit.

-Inflation skyrocketed,

-The currency has exploded,

-It's the cost of living.

But you have the power, you can fix it if you want. What do you care?

It's just a signature. Write a decree and say, hey inflation, from now on you will be at a certain percentage, and that's it!

I've also lowered the exchange rate, just issue a decree saying that one dollar will be one lira from now on, and that's it!

If you do this, the nation will be pleased, and I am sure you will be guaranteed to win the next elections.

Why don't you do it? Who's holding your hand? Don't you have the power?

Let alone the fact that they came together and made a joint decision to change the system, you are complaining to yourself that they had a vision meeting. What do you care, whatever they do.

They don't even know how to organize. They brought out a bunch of academic figures who said a lot of nonsense. I'm sure no one understood what they were saying. The public certainly won't, don't worry!

Especially at the very beginning, that consultant or whatever he was, they couldn't even translate what he said properly. He says climate, he says we are polluting the world.

It is you who have polluted the world all these years!

He was Merkel's advisor or something, I think he was the pioneer of shutting down nuclear power plants in Germany.

Look, now Germany is freezing because of him, not because Putin doesn't give them gas, but because the nuclear power plants were shut down. Good for them, oh well, let them freeze! It is the feet that suffer for lack of wisdom. What are you listening to, if you shut down nuclear power plants prematurely, you will freeze in the winter. Oh well!

Oh well, whatever, it's not worth worrying about. If Mr. Kemal knew these things, he wouldn't have lost so many elections against you all these years.

He lost Istanbul, the city of his heart, in the last elections, and it still hurts, but that's okay, you don't let the mayor do any work anyway! You have the power after all! He is a lame duck!

***

Let's see what the outcome will be in the elections. I think there is really a clash of power centers going on inside Turkey. For some, the current system may be seen as an opportunity. I think there are enthusiasts from both wings.

Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, on the other hand, with all his years of experience, is moving in the right direction with a strategy for now. Some still haven't assimilated it, and there are still some who have reservations. Aren't there road accidents on this journey? Of course there are.

First of all, they may not be able to take the pulse of the public well enough yet.

It seems to me that the public does not fully understand what the table of six is saying. They should adopt a simpler language. Short and concise. They are doing very detailed work and it seems to me that they have adopted a language that can be called academic. Let the studies be detailed, but the public expression may not be that detailed. A simple and concise way of expression can be found.

As I wrote above, some people think that the problem is not with the system but with the person in charge.

Not a few in the opposition also think that the current system should be preserved rather than changing the system of governance.

There are even those who think that if the system is changed, it may hinder what they want to do.

I don't know whether those who say that it might be more beneficial to concentrate on using the advantages of the system while this strong system is already in place are right or not.

Of course, this is a point of view.

However, it is certain that especially young politicians who have the wind at their backs see this alternative as an advantage.

Therefore, it seems to me that we may see unexpected moves from someone at the last moment. I hope they don't do that.

I think the opposition should not worry too much even if someone tries to do that.

Now that the issue of system change has been decided, it would be better to concentrate on drawing up a proper road map for the style of governance as soon as possible, to be implemented to the letter if the elections are won, as they really should be.

I know they are working, but there is not much time left!

Moreover, a snap election could be called at any moment.

Be thankful that you had the chance to work together for so long. The government could have decided to hold a snap election even earlier when it was so unprepared. Fortunately, the government also makes a lot of mistakes, so there is no favorable environment for elections. So at least you have a chance to unite.

Come on, this time, don't let those who trusted you down.

While you have the psychological advantage, get this right and win this election.

Love and respect to everyone from Moscow
