What do you think we need to do to be happy?

Is it possible to be happy all the time? Of course not, but it is in our power to increase the times we are happy. Life is not stable for all of us. What is true for all of us is the fact that only beautiful moments will remain from the story of a life with its ebb and flow.

Happiness as the dictionary meaning; It is defined as the state of joy felt when all longings and desires are achieved completely and continuously, and the joy felt when a desire or longing is fulfilled.

Is it possible to be happy all the time? Of course not, but it is in our power to increase the times we are happy. Life is not stable for all of us. What is true for all of us is the fact that only beautiful moments will remain from the story of a life with its ebb and flow. We live life in two ways. First; We live as it comes and let ourselves go with the flow of this cycle. Secondly; We live life in a planned and programmed manner and are at war with the cycle of life. Believe me, neither of them will make people happy.

Those who live life in cycles, in other words, those who surrender to a fatalistic mentality, are consumed with a feeling of nothingness. Cycle breakers, on the other hand, realize, albeit late, that fighting with life only brings great burdens to people. Because those who fight with life will learn that this war can never be won. So what to do?

We must bring ourselves to a balanced life flow mode. Because time passes, all that remains is its story. There are some simple basic rules in life. For example, you get what you give. Positive energy is always stronger than negative energy. So, as you spread positive energy around you, you will definitely receive a lot in return.

People with a positive mindset have an advantage over those with a negative mindset. Positive thinking increases the endurance of the mind, gives strength, and makes people productive and successful. Being able to manage stress increases one's resilience. A person with increased endurance becomes happier and therefore more successful.

Say hello to your colleagues with a sincere smile and without expecting anything in return. Greet the person standing at the cash register at the grocery store or market where you shop, with a smile. Be the most positive person you see around you. Do this without expecting anything in return. See what will happen. Do this for your own good.

Happiness is an emotion. Our emotions, like motivations, motivate our behavior. The instinct of hunger causes you to seek to fill your stomach; But the action your fear will cause varies depending on the situation and the person. Happiness is the feeling we feel at the end of the work we do and it is literally our reward.

As you try to spread happiness to the environment, 10 times the happiness you spread will come back to you. This will be your reward. As you come back 10 times, you will spread more happiness around you. This will continue in a cycle. Undoubtedly, there will be those who do not respond to you and your positive energy. Yes, there will be those who try to draw you into negativity. Yes, there will definitely be vampires trying to suck your energy. But the vast majority of people will respond to you in a much more positive way, that is, they will reflect you back to you. Because the most powerful weapon is a smile that comes from within. If you want to see more positive people around you, smile more out of spite. Let them call you crazy. If you want to see more happiness around you, give more happiness without getting tired. If you want to see more value around you, create more value.

Yes, I know, it may not be easy for you to do what I say. It is normal. But please, out of spite, your most important concern should be to make yourself feel good. Your entire focus should be primarily on your own happiness. At least do this. If you can achieve this, believe me, you will achieve many things. As you feel better and give more happiness to the environment, your life and your problems will become easier. As long as you are amazing, life will also become amazing for you.
