Terrorist Attack in the City Where I Live, Moscow
In fact, it is not easy to enter Moscow without control from outside the city. Since Moscow has a circular settlement, there is police control at the entrances to the city on all beam-shaped roads leading to the city center.
As you know, there was a terrorist attack in Moscow on Friday evening.
Over 130 people died, the death toll rising every hour. Because there are hundreds of seriously injured people.
It is a very sad situation!
First of all, as a citizen of a country like Turkey, which has experienced great problems due to terrorism for so many years, I condemn terrorism and terrorists.
***
Russia is a country that has suffered greatly from terrorism for many years.
There were many terrorist attacks in Moscow during the operations in Chechnya. I remember those days with horror.
In those days, guard rooms were built and guards were placed at the entrances of apartment buildings, and Russians (most of whom were elderly apartment residents!) now had to go through checks even when entering their own homes. Of course we too.
At that time, high fences began to be built around the houses, iron gates were built in the back street of the apartment building, and vehicles could even enter and exit the backyard with special permission.
Even pedestrian access could be made through the locked iron gate with a key.
We still have to open three different doors in three different places with a key when entering the house. Thank God, they removed the old guards at the entrance of that apartment, and the source of gossip in the apartment was eliminated. Until yesterday, the old women at the entrance were gossiping about who was who, who went in with whom at what time, what clothes they were wearing.

However, in those days, security measures were increased in all shopping malls and the situation could barely be brought under control.
Of course, these measures were relaxed over time. After Chechnya was taken under control, the events stopped immediately.

Now there is the Ukraine war.
Among Russian citizens, there are many Russian citizens of Ukrainian origin.
Could this terrorist incident have something to do with Ukraine?
This is one of the possible options.
However, the armed attack on the concert hall in this large shopping mall outside Moscow does not seem to have been carried out by Ukraine.
At least, such a development of terrorist attacks by Ukrainians in Moscow has never been observed before.
They mostly make direct attacks on Ukrainian territory. They sometimes launch missiles at surrounding Russian cities, but I have never heard of them even trying, let alone attacking, inside Moscow.
In fact, the style of the attack is more similar to the nightclub attack we had before New Year's Eve, when a terrorist entered the nightclub and combed the nightclub.
Reina Massacre!
Here too, the attackers come to the shopping mall with automatic weapons, first scan the security and the surroundings, raid the concert hall in the shopping mall, commit a serious massacre there, then start a fire and leave.
It all happens in 18 minutes.
Then they run away. They haven't been caught yet.
They are thought to be 4 or 5 people. It was determined that one of them was a citizen of Tajikistan.

In fact, it is not easy to enter Moscow without control from outside the city. Since Moscow has a circular settlement, there is police control at the entrances to the city on all beam-shaped roads leading to the city center.
They don't really stop it because they have been checked with cameras lately, but if this attack had been carried out somewhere in the city center, the terrorists would not have had a chance to leave the city.
***
However, the shopping mall where the attack took place is somewhere outside Moscow.
This attack was carried out on one of the large shopping malls that have been built around the city recently.
They have now built concert halls in some of these surrounding shopping malls to persuade people to come to such distant shopping malls.
Since the concert halls in the city are quite expensive to rent, and their schedules may be full, the concert halls outside the city are also becoming places with a lot of customers.

I don't know if there are such large shopping malls in Turkey. In Moscow, the buildings are really very large. Huge hubs!
The shopping mall where the attack took place is such a large place.
It is so big that there is even a metro exit right next to it. Normally, metro lines do not extend this far out of the city. So, the owner of this shopping center called Crocus City Hall convinced the administration to even bring a metro.
Of course there was a security weakness. It's a given. Who knows how many entry points there are in a place this big.
What would happen if there was security? The attackers came in with automatic weapons and killed the security guards first.
I think the weakness is a bit of an intelligence weakness.
It is said that America warned about a terrorist attack a few days ago.
Russian intelligence is one of the most powerful intelligence organizations in the world.
There are question marks in one's mind as to how they could not prevent this attack.
Moreover, America also warned!
I think they did not take America's warning into consideration, they accepted this warning as a conscious false warning due to the war.
These matters are very complicated, sometimes false alarms are made on purpose among intelligence organizations to see how they will react tactically.
Well, security measures had already been increased in the city for a long time. That's why the Russians may not have taken America's warning seriously.
Security screening has been carried out at the entrances and exits of every shopping mall here for a long time. There is security screening at train stations and almost everywhere where people enter and exit.
However, the attack was made at a place outside the city!
It means that there is a weakness outside the city!

Yes, from the way the attack was carried out, it is concluded that it was the work of ISIS.
At least it is obvious that it is an externally motivated attack and that ISIS cells are used as a tool.
I think ISIS also claimed responsibility for the attack.
So what is the purpose? Why was this attack carried out out of the blue?
The purpose of this attack is the same as the purpose of starting the Ukrainian war.
Killing many birds with one stone.
On the one hand, the authority of the newly elected Putin should be shaken, and it should be said that a head of state who has been in power for so many years cannot take adequate measures for the country.
On the one hand, people should be afraid.
On the one hand, let's scratch a fault line and say look, the Islamic perspective is this bad. People should show a reaction against Muslims. The opposing view to this should be to close the ranks by saying that these Christians are behaving badly towards Muslims.
On the one hand, let the weakness of the intelligence organization be revealed.
Even avenging the death of the anti-Putin opposition leader who recently died in prison could be a goal.
So the purpose is many.
Even increasing security measures and increasing sales of security materials can be a goal.
Isn't the underlying purpose of wars usually arms sales?
This is the case, even the increase in arms sales can be a goal.

Tajikistan!
A nation closer to Iran. Most people think that they are of Turkish origin, but there are many Uzbeks living in the region, and the people of that region are somewhat mixed together. There are Uzbeks in Tajikistan, there are Tajiks in Uzbekistan.
On the other hand, they don't like each other that much with Uzbeks.
However, Tajiks are a nation with much higher religious feelings than Uzbeks.
Compared to Uzbeks, most Tajiks are more deliberate in their prayers.
How do I know?
I know that most of our workers at construction sites here are from these nationalities. At our construction sites, both groups speak Turkish very well. However, the languages they speak among themselves are different.
Even though Uzbeks are Turks, it is not possible to understand them when they speak Uzbek, that is, Turkish. It is a Turkish that is quite distant from Anatolian Turkish. Those who are used to it can understand it, but I am not used to it.
The language of the Tajiks is Iranian, a dialect of Persian. Their language has nothing to do with ours.

It is easy to recruit Islamic terrorists from a nation with such high religious feelings.
When they say jihad, it is not difficult to drag someone who can scan all the people without blinking an eye, thinking that they will go to heaven.
As I said, all these ISIS-minded Islamic jihadists are becoming useful tools for foreign intelligence organizations. The primary intelligence organizations using these are already clear.

What shall we do now?
Should we question faith?
Or should we increase the punishment for terrorist attacks?
For example, should we impose the death penalty on these attackers?
As I said, the man would be happy if he lost his life for this cause, he set out to go to heaven.
If I kill one more infidel, there will be one less infidel from this world. He moves with his head when he pulls the trigger of that automatic weapon.
Whatever you do is futile!
His head is so stuffed. The virus has surrounded his entire being.
Human beings are not a machine that can be reset by pressing the button. No matter what you do, that virus in your head cannot be cleared, it will recur like metastasis after a while, from another part of your thoughts.
That's the way things are, you reap what you sow in time. Is it in vain that today's sects are brainwashing young people with all kinds of nonsense?
Turkey's future tomorrow is not very different. Religious and spiteful generations! There's no need to look too far to see what your work will be like, raise your head a little, there it is, Tajikistan or Afghanistan. Even Iran may become Türkiye after a while.

Then the solution to this issue is really execution!
No, not that either.
As I said, these people have already overcome the wall of fear.
Execute them or not, it doesn't matter to these people. These are lost generations. If you bring the execution, you yourself will take one more step towards the goal.
These are lost generations, forget about them. Keep an eye on them, if they commit a crime, put them in jail, if they just pray on their own, let them do it, we have infinite respect for everyone's beliefs.
The important thing is to prevent future generations from becoming like these. When I say this, I am not saying that new generations should not have faith. You handle the situation and teach what is right, whatever is right!
As a state, teach! Don't leave education to sects!

In this case, we come to more global problems.
Exploitation of countries, their ability to achieve economic independence, the never-ending desire of powerful countries to dominate the world.
It is in the interest of those in power to convince the people, these poor people, of their own power by using religion.
In short, there is no short explanation of this subject.
All we can do as civilized individuals is to keep ourselves and our immediate environment away from these and similar problems. Personally, I try to do that.
The rest is just my effort to enlighten people with what I write.
Many of my relatives do not read it because the articles are too long. I mean, I don't know how many people I'm helping.
I don't know how much of what I wrote is understood by some readers.
As you know, we also have a disability of not understanding what we read.
Only you understood me, but you also misunderstood me, brother!

Last word: Terrorism is not a solution, you cannot get anywhere with terrorism! Don't bother!
You may only upset us a little.
Our sadness is at the same level for you as for the innocent people who went to listen to that concert and lost their lives.
In other words, ours is also a sadness for the lost generations.
With love and respect to everyone from Moscow.
